STANDARD GROUND HANDLING AGREEMENT SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE

ANNEX B1.0 - LOCATION(S), AGREED SERVICES AND CHARGES to the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) of January 2018.

PREAMBLE:

This Annex is prepared in accordance with the simplified procedure whereby the Parties agree that the terms of the Main Agreement and Annex A of the SGHA of January 2018 as published by the International Air Transport Association shall apply to this Annex B as if such terms were repeated here in full. By signing this Annex , the Parties confirm that they are familiar with the aforementioned Main Agreement and Annex A.

PARAGRAPH 1. HANDLING CHARGES

1.1. For a single ground handling consisting of the arrival and the subsequent departure at agreed timings of the same aircraft, the Handling Company shall provide the services listed under paragraph 2 of this Annex B1.0 at the following rates.

1.1.1. Cargo ramp handling:

One-way ramp handling including aircraft loading or offloading and ULD transfer between the and the stacker system, on-airport crew transportation, aircraft securisation and push back for departure, will be charged at following rates:

1.2. Handling in case of return to ramp will not be charged extra, provided that a physical change of load is not involved. Possible additional required services will however be invoiced according to the standard valid rate sheet.
1.3. Handling in case of return to ramp involving a physical change of load will be charged as in accordance with Sub-Paragraph 1.1. of this Annex B1.0.
1.4. No extra charges will be made for providing the service at night or during peak hours or on legal holidays.
1.5. The performance of certain functions by the Carrier's own staff does not entitle the Carrier to a reduction of the applicable handling charges.
1.6. This Annex B1.0 is based on the current valid version of the GOM (situation on the ) and the current weekly schedule (situation winter schedule 2023/24).
1.7. The Handling Company reserves the right to review the standard tariffs for the handling of adhoc charter operations, subject to complexity of the service. The complexity of the service is depending on following parameters:
Volume/weight ratio (chargeable weight)
Nature of cargo (bulky/cumbrous/unhandy shipments) requiring additional manpower and/or special care
Other possible factors having an impact on the workload.

PARAGRAPH 2. AGREED FACILITIES AND SERVICES

2.1. For the carrier's operation, the following facilities and services of Annex are provided and covered in the handling charge as defined in Subparagraph 1.1. here before, unless otherwise stated:

Section 1: Management functions

1.1 General
1.1.2 Liaise with local authorities. (meaning: Customs Authorities, Airport Authorities)
1.1.3 Indicate that the Handling Company is acting as handling agent for the Carrier.
1.1.4 Inform all interested Parties concerning schedules of the Carrier's aircraft.
1.2 Administrative Functions
1.2.1 Establish and maintain local procedures.
1.2.2 Take action on communications addressed to the Carrier.
1.2.3 Prepare, forward, file and retain for a period specified in the Annex B, messages/reports/statistics/documents and perform other administrative duties in the following areas.
(c) ramp services
(e) flight operations
(f) cargo services
(g) mail services
(h) support services
(i) security
(meaning: data to be retained for the following periods:
  • Operational messages: three (3) months
  • Flight related documents: two (2) years)
1.2.4 Maintain the Carrier's manuals, circulars, and other operational documents connected with the performance of the services. (meaning: The Carrier has its responsibility to provide the Handling Company with the updates of the most current version).
1.2.6 Effect payment, on behalf of the Carrier, including but not limited to:
(a) airport, customs, police and other charges relating to the services performed. (meaning: airport fees)
1.3 Supervision and/or Co-ordination
1.3.1 (b) Co-ordinate services contracted by the Carrier with third party(ies) (meaning: refuelling and catering related service only).
1.3.2 Provide Turnaround coordinator (TRC).
(to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.3.)
1.3.3 Ensure that the third party(ies) is(are) informed about operational data and Carrier's requirements in a timely manner.
(meaning: fuel uplift figures).
1.3.4 Liaise with the Carrier's designated representative.
1.3.5 Verify availability and preparedness of personnel, equipment, Loads, documentation of third party(ies).
(meaning: refuelling related service only).
1.3.6. Meet aircraft upon arrival and liaise with crew.
1.3.7 Decide on non-routine matters.
(meaning: give support to the Carrier for non-routine matters
1.3.8 Verify dispatch of operational messages.
(meaning: for cargo related messages only)

Section 4: Load control and flight operations

Load Control
4.1.1 Deliver load control related documents between aircraft and airport buildings and vice versa.
4.1.2 (a) Process

  1. Handling Company is performing inputs/updated when Load Control is performed by the Carrier or third party.

4.2 Communications

4.2.1 Inform all interested Parties concerning movements of the Carrier's aircraft.
4.2.2 (a) Compile, receive, process and send all messages in connection with the services performed by the Handling Company. The Handling Company is authorized to use Carrier's originator code or double signature procedure. (meaning: MVT, FFM, CPM, UWS only)
(b) Inform the Carrier's representative of the contents of such messages.
4.2 .3 (a) Provide
(b) Operate means of communication between the ground station and the Carrier's aircraft.

4.3 Flight Operations

4.3.1 Inform the Carrier of any known project affecting the operational services and facilities made available to its aircraft in the areas of responsibility as specified in Annex B.
4.3.2 (a) Provide meteorological documentation and aeronautical information

    5.3 Document Handling
    5.3.1 (b) Check all documentation to ensure shipment may be carried. The check shall not include the rates charged.
    (c) Check security status for the shipment(s) concerned and take action as per Carrier's instructions.
    (d) Obtain capacity/booking information for the Carrier's flights.
    (e) Split airwaybill. Forward copies of manifests and airwaybills or shipment record to the Carrier.
    (f) Prepare cargo manifest(s)
    (g) Provide the load control unit with Special Load Notification (meaning: NOTOC.)
    (h) Return copy of airwaybill or shipment record to shipper, endorsed with flight details. (meaning: only for AWB with origin LUX and on request only)
    (i) Check and/or enter data into Carrier's and/or government/customs system, as specified in Annex B. (meaning:
    a. ECS (Export Control System) updates will be arranged and charged according to paragraph 17.)

    (j) Receive and process EDI messages (FWB/FHL and e-CSD) received from Carrier or other parties. (meaning: e-CSD only as of the date the Handling Company will switch to the new CMS)
    (k) Upon request from the Carrier print air waybill copies in plain paper copy or IATA Resolution 600a format. (meaning: on plain paper only)
    (I) Provide and transmit EDI messages in accordance with the standards of the Master Operating Plan. (meaning: standard IATA FFM, FWB, FHL, FSU messages)
    (m) Inform airline or shipper about shipment status via FSU message in accordance with the Master Operating Plan.
    5.3 .2 (a) Notify consignee or agent of arrival of shipments. (meaning: shipments showing as Final Destination LUX only and based on the FFM received from origin)
    (b) Make cargo documents available to consignee or agent (service to be charged separately to consignee or agent according to current applicable local rates)
    5.3 .3 (a) Provide for
  2. collection of "Charges Collect" as shown on the air waybill or shipment record
  3. collection of other charges and fees as shown on the air waybill or shipment record
  4. credit to consignees or agents (meaning: limited to Handling Company policy)
    5.3.4 (a) Provide delivery of Cargo/Mail related documentation from/to agreed points and the aircraft. (meaning: between aircraft parking on and the Cargocenter)
    5.3.5 Prepare additional documentation required for Dangerous Goods Transportation by road and/or maritime.

    5.4 Physical Handling Outbound/Inbound
    5.4.1 Accept cargo, ensuring that
    (a) machine-readable cargo labels are affixed and processed
    (meaning: affixing of machine-readable cargo labels to be charged

5.7.2 Report to the Carrier any irregularities discovered in

6.2 Automation/Computer Systems

  4. Cargo EDI messaging (IATA cargo-imp or IATA cargo-xml).
  5. Post office mail handling (meaning: only when covered under AWB. For CN38 shipments, the shipments will be scanned with the IPC scanners only)
6.3 Unit Load Device (ULD) Control
6.3.1 (a) Provide storage space for
  1. cargo ULDs
(limited to operational requirements meaning a maximum of seventy-five (75) pallets and five (5) containers).
6.3.2 Take action to prevent damage, theft or unauthorized use of the Carrier's ULDs in the custody of the Handling Company. Notify the Carrier immediately of any damage or loss.
6.3.3 (a) Take physical inventory of ULD stock and maintain records.
(b) Compile and dispatch ULD Control Messages (UCM).
(c) Compile and dispatch ULD Stock Check Messages (SCM) at agreed timings as specified in Annex B
(meaning: SCM is send once per week)
(assembling and handling of ULD stacks to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.22.)
6.3.4 Prepare ULD exchange control documentation for all transfers of ULDs and obtain signature(s) of the transferring and receiving carrier(s) or approved third parties and distribute copies.
6.3.5 Handle lost, found and damaged ULDs and notify the Carrier of such irregularities. (meaning: loading of damaged/unserviceable ULDs onto truck for being transferred to a repair shop will be invoiced separately: see paragraph 3.22.)
6.4 Fuel Farm (Depot)
6.4.1 Liaise with fuel farm suppliers.
6.5 Ramp Fuelling/Defuelling Operations
6.5.1 Liaise with ramp fuel suppliers.
6.5.8 Check and verify the delivered fuel quantity
6.5.9 Deliver the completed fuel order to the Carrier's designated representative.
6.7 Catering Services - Liaison and Administration
6.7.1 Liaise with the Carrier's catering supplier.

Section 7: Security

7.2 Cargo and Post Office Mail

7.2.1 (a) Provide

  1. screening of cargo and/or mail. (to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.23 .)
  2. secure storage of cargo and/or mail.
(to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.9. & 3.10.)
7.4 Aircraft
7.4.1 (a) Provide control of access to
  1. aircraft.
(meaning: security staff at aircraft parking area (P7/P10) to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.24.)
7.4.2. (a) Provide searching of
  1. flight deck
  2. upper deck

7.4 .4 (a) Provide security personnel to safeguard all Loads
  1. during the transport between aircraft and designated locations. (meaning: between aircraft parking position on P7/P10 and the Cargo Terminal)
  2. during offloading and loading of aircraft.
(meaning: 1 and 2 on individual request only and to be charged separately: see paragraph 3.27.)

Section 8: Aircraft maintenance

Not applicable.

PARAGRAPH 3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

3.1. All services not included in Paragraph 1 of this Annex will be charged for at current published local rates. The copy of either the signed Work Order or the written request (e-mail or other including a signature) from the Carrier shall be joined to the invoice.
The Handling Company may increase charges at any time in an amount equal to any increases in costs over which it has no control and shall give a written advance notice of at least sixty (60) days to the Carrier of such increase in writing, with duly substantiated and verifiable data. Increases shall not be charged to the Carrier without the prior written approval by the Carrier, however, the Carrier may not unreasonably withhold approval.

3.2. Third party service charge:

On the condition that the Handling Company itself cannot provide additional services requested by the Carrier, upon the confirmation and agreement from the Carrier, the Handling Company may ask third party to provide the services. 3.3. Section 1 reference 1.3.2: Provide a Turnaround Coordinator (TRC)
A Turnaround Coordinator will be provided at the rate of 225.00 EUR per tar.
3.4. Section 3 reference 3.4.1 (a) (c) 1./2.: Provide and operate Ground Power Unit.
Ground Power Unit is provided free of charge for any single turn-around for a period of up to four (4) hours from actual time of arrival. Additional use of Ground Power Unit will be charged at 125.00 EUR/additional hour.

One crew transport per aircraft movement is included in §1.1.1. Additional crew transport will be on request and at the rate of 75.00 EUR/event.

Weight and volume check will only be done on special request and charged on staff hours at the rate of: 120.00 EUR/30 minutes (forklift and driver included).
3.20. Section 5 reference 5.4 .3 (a) (b) 2.: Spreading Material.
Spreading material such as wooden planks and/or beams (standard size) will be charged at current local rates.
3.21. Section 5 reference 5.4 .3 (a) (b) 2.: Plastic Sheeting:
Basic plastic sheeting for ULD's build up (1 layer) will be included in regular cargo handling rate. On request, a double layer can be applied at the rate of 15.00 EUR/ULD.
3.22. Section 6 reference 6.3 .3 (b): ULD handling

Assembly of ULD stacks for being forwarded by flight/truck will be performed by the

3.28. Section 8 reference 8.5.1 (a) 1.: Provide parking space
Aircraft parking is free of charge for a period up to four (4) hours from actual time of arrival. Additional parking time will be charged at 1.25 EUR/ton per day, based on Max Take Off Weight. Medium and long-term parking can only be arranged on request and will be approved depending on parking spot availability.

PARAGRAPH 4. DISBURSEMENTS

4.1. The handling charges agreed upon do not include any additional disbursements which may arise to the Handling Company on behalf of the Carrier. The Carrier will reimburse such expenses to the Handling Company at cost price plus an accounting surcharge of 10 percent .

PARAGRAPH 5. ACCOUNTING AND SETTLEMENT

5.1. The Carrier will arrange before the start of the operation a deposit. The amount of the

deposit will be defined in Appendix E of this Annex B1.0 and is subject to adjustments based on the number of weekly rotations. Both Parties agree that the Appendix will be signed separately from this Annex B1.0 but before the start of the operation.
5.2. Notwithstanding Sub-Article 7.2 of the Main Agreement, invoices shall be paid within 15 days of invoice date.
5.3. The Handling Company shall invoice the Carrier on occasion with the charges arising from the handling services rendered under this Annex B.

5.4. Invoice Errors and Omissions - In the event that either party identifies a billing error during the term of this Agreement and for up to ninety (90) days afterwards, it will report it to the other party (defined as the "date of discovery") within ninety (90) days or less from the scheduled flight date. In the event that the error involves an undercharge, the Handling Company will be entitled to be compensated by Carrier in the amount of the error for the months during which such undercharge was applied during the last ninety (90) days proceeding the date of discovery and since that date of discovery. In the event that the error involves an overcharge, Carrier will be entitled to be compensated by the Handling Company in the amount of the error for the months during which such overcharge was applied during the last ninety (90) days preceding the date of discovery and since that date of discovery, unless such overcharge (or undercharge) relates to payments of port fees or taxes, in which case the Handling Company will refund to Carrier the full amount overcharged, regardless of the term during which such overcharge was applied.

PARAGRAPH 6. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

6.1. Both Parties agree to apply the conditions of AHM 810 - Main Agreement, Article 8, "Liability and Indemnity", as published in the IATA Airport Handling Manual, Edition, January 2018.
6.2. The Handling Company's liability shall be limited to any physical loss of or damage to the Carrier's Aircraft in an amount not exceeding the level of deductible under the Carrier's Hull All Risk Policy which shall not, in any event, exceed USD 1,000,000. Any incident below USD 3,000 shall not be indemnified.

6.3. Compliance with Export Control Regulations

For the purposes of this paragraph, "Export Control Regulations" shall mean any economic sanctions, prohibitions, import or export restrictions imposed by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union and by any other country, as applicable. This includes, but is not limited to import and export restrictions related to military and dual use items and technologies, aircraft parts, chemical and biological agents and nuclear materials and equipment.

Luxair CARGO

The Carrier guarantees and represents that it has complied, and shall continue to comply, with all applicable national and international Export Control Regulations and not to provide to the Handling Company any cargo that is prohibited - considering the end customer, the destination, the nature of the cargo and/or the particular intended use unless properly authorized. In particular, the Handling Company prohibits any cargo which is being shipped to a final airport destination identified in Appendix D.
The Carrier also guarantees that it has developed sufficient export control policies, procedures and training processes to ensure that it will comply and will share evidence of such, such as export control compliance manuals and other such information upon reasonable request by the Handling Company.
Notwithstanding Article 8.5 of the SGHA and/or any other liability clauses that govern the relationship between the Parties, the Carrier shall indemnify and hold harmless the Handling Company from and against any claim, proceeding, action, fine, loss, cost and damages arising out of or relating to any non-compliance with Export Control Regulations by the Carrier, and the Carrier shall compensate the Handling Company for all losses and expenses resulting thereof. In particular the Carrier and its insurers waive their respective rights to indemnification for the direct loss or damage to the Carrier's cargo in circumstances in which such indemnification constitutes a violation of an embargo or sanction, and/or in circumstances in which the insurer of the Handling Company does not obtain the necessary authorization from the relevant authority to make a payment of a valid and otherwise collectable claim due to the potential violation of such payment under an embargo or sanction legislation applicable to Insurer and/or Handling Company.

PARAGRAPH 7. DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

7.1. Notwithstanding Article 11.4 of the Main Agreement, this Agreement and its Annexes shall be effective for the period beginning on the January 2024 and shall continue to be in force until of December 2025. After this date Article 11.6 of the Main Agreement will apply.
7.2. Notwithstanding Sub-Article 11.6 of the Main Agreement, the rates as agreed upon in paragraph 1. and all its subparagraphs are fixed until December 31st, 2024. The rates effective 1st of January 2025 will be adapted according to the variation of the Luxembourg CPI to the previous year on a contractual yearly basis.

7.3. Notwithstanding Article 11.11 of the Main Agreement, the Handling Company shall have the right at any time to vary the de-icing charges set out in paragraph 3.8. The de-icing surcharge is subject to short term adjustment depending on the cost price of the de-icing fluid.
7.4. Notwithstanding Sub-Article 11.3 of the Main Agreement, any notice or communication required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be deemed to be duly given if sent by Certified Mail return receipt requested or by telegraphic/electronic means, addressed to the respective parties as follows:

PARAGRAPH 8. CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1. Neither Party to this Agreement shall disclose any information contained in this Annex B. to outside parties without the prior consent in writing of the other Party, unless such information is specifically required by applicable law or by governmental or authority's regulations, in which case the other Party will be notified, in writing too, accordingly.
8.2. Each Party shall protect the terms of this agreement and all information from the other party which is clearly designated in writing as confidential by using the same degree of care, but no less than a reasonable degree of care, as it takes to preserve and safeguard its confidential information of similar nature.

PARAGRAPH 9. VARIOUS

9.1. Manuals

The Carrier shall make available all manuals to the Handling Company with the relevant operating instructions. In default of which the Handling Company shall carry out all services in accordance with its own standard procedures.
9.2. Right to Audit
The Handling Company shall allow the Carrier access at all reasonable times, by prior appointment, to audit the agreed services.
9.3. Modifications or additions to this Agreement
Notwithstanding Sub-Article 11.2 of the Main Agreement, any modification shall be in the form of an Addendum and agreed and signed by the Handling Company and the Carrier's representative.

PARAGRAPH 10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. In the provision of the Services under this Agreement the Handling Company shall use reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorised processing, capture, transmission or use of information relating to identified or identifiable individuals (including customer and employee data) which has been collected by or on behalf of the Carrier.

PARAGRAPH 11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1. Governing law as per Article 9 "Arbitration" of the Main Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Appendix B

Specific terms and conditions (the T&Cs) for the handling of pharmaceutical products in the Pharma & Healthcare Hub (the PHCH) of Luxair, Société Luxembourgeoise de Navigation Aérienne S.A., société anonyme, having its registered office at 25 rue Gabriel Lippmann, L-5365 Munsbach, with postal address at L-2987 Luxembourg, RCS B 4109 (LuxairCARGO)
LuxairCARGO as handling company and the carrier (the Client) have entered into an IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement whereby LuxairCARGO provides handling services to the Client at Luxembourg airport (the SGHA). These T&Cs are incorporated into and forms part of the annex B of the SGHA. The following T&Cs shall apply to all quotations and/or provision of services by LuxairCARGO to Client for the handling of pharmaceutical products in the at Luxembourg airport.
  1. Temperature at . The at LuxairCARGO premises comprises a dedicated CRT ( 15 to ) area, a to ) area, a deep frozen area and temperature controlled cells for the temporary storage of ULD's. The storage time should be limited to 48 hours maximum and excessive storage should be avoided.
  2. Export and transit. The following standards apply for the handling of export and transit of pharmaceutical products:

2.1 Acceptance of the pharmaceutical products.

The pharmaceutical products delivered by Client must be ready for carriage (i.e. RFC) at the time of delivery which means that the following conditions shall be met:
  • Shipment booked - booking must be available (FBL);
  • FWB (AWB) - electronic data or paper forms available before goods acceptance ;
  • Labelled - with AWB and IATA Time & Temperature Sensitive label (TTS) ;
  • Secured - mention on AWB, electronic means or SSD, based on EU 185 regulation ;
  • In good condition (i.e. not damaged or tampered);
  • SPH code PIL tagged ;
  • DGR checked (in case of dangerous goods delivered); and
  • Delivered on time based on the cut off times hereunder.
Any PIL shipment whatsoever (including but not limited to PIL shipments without TTS label) will be considered as pharmaceutical products and will therefore be stored inside the PHCH. However PIL shipment may be stored outside the upon request from Client and approved by LuxairCARGO.
The time frame for the acceptance (Cut off times) of pharmaceutical products before schedule time of departure are:

2.2. Communication.

For all PIL shipments, Client shall inform in writing LuxairCARGO at least 24 hours prior to the delivery of the pharmaceutical products at to the following address: cc.healthcare@luxair.lu, mentioning as a minimum:

  • Trucking company
  • ETA (estimated time of arrival)
  • AWB number
  • Pieces and weight
  • Temperature requirements
  • Destination
  • Flight number (booked flight) and STD (scheduled time of departure) (see attached SPH pre advise template document)
Those information shall also include, if needed:
  • Booking of temperature controlled cells when required (10ftULD per cell)
  • Request of dry ice (carbon dioxide solid)
PIL shipments on ULD/BUP will only be accepted for delivery at for the temporary storage in the temperature controlled cells, provided LuxairCARGO has received and confirmed the booking in writing to the Client. Booked shipments as described above will have priority over non-booked shipments.
LuxairCARGO cannot guarantee the booking of temperature controlled cells if Client does not request such booking to LuxairCARGO at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery and if Client did not receive a written confirmation by LuxairCARGO of such booking. Booking confirmation by LuxairCARGO is subject to available storage capacity.
LuxairCARGO shall not be liable for any damages or loss to the PIL shipments on ULD/BUP if Client delivered those goods to LuxairCARGO without having requested the booking of temperature controlled cells to LuxairCARGO at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery and without having received a written confirmation by LuxairCARGO of such booking. In such circumstance Client agrees to indemnify LuxairCARGO from and against any loss, expenses, actions, costs, claims, demands and damages in connection with the handling services of those PIL shipments on ULD/BUP.
Any change to the above request made by Client to LuxairCARGO shall be sent at the following addresses: cc.healthcare@luxair.lu and specialservice.pil@luxairgroup.lu.

2.3 Acceptance fee.

At acceptance the cost will be: 37.00 EUR / shipment lump sum only.

2.4 Storage time and charges.

For the storage of the pharmaceutical products the cost will be: - Maximum 48 hours (timestamp FSU-RCF+ 48h & FSU-RCS + 48h)
  • Additional charges of 0.08 EUR / Kg chargeable weight / 24h apply for shipments exceeding 48 hours storage time

The following standards apply for the handling of import pharmaceutical products:

3.2. Communication.

  • Additional charges of 0.08 EUR / chargeable weight apply for shipments exceeding 48 hours storage time

4. Mixed Cargo Handling.

A mixed unit means (i) a mixed ULD (i.e. A/C ULD built up with PIL shipments & general cargo (for space optimisation)) and/or (ii) a mixed truck (i.e. truck loaded with PIL shipments & general cargo) (the Mixed Unit).
For Mixed Unit the temperature control from and to the cannot be guaranteed by LuxairCARGO. Client therefore fully and irrevocably waives and renounces to make any claims, demands, suits or actions of any type whatsoever against LuxairCARGO, which may be connected to any issue related to the temperature control of Mixed Unit.

5. Extra Services.

5.1 Dry Ice.

The provision of dry-ice is on request, subject to availability and will be invoiced according to current local rates.
To order quantities below of dry-ice, Client shall inform LuxairCARGO at least 24 hours before delivery. To order quantities above of dry-ice, Client shall inform LuxairCARGO at least 2 business days before delivery (Luxembourg public holiday, Saturday and Sunday are not considered as business days).

5.2 Cool Container Handling.

The cost of storage of active containers RKNe and similar, with active cool chain services is:
  • 60.00 EUR / unit / 24h (as of storage time)
    The cost of re-icing of passive container with dry-ice is:

These rates include the workload for the wrapping of the ULD. The provision of termo covers are subject to availability. Rates are also subject to possible adjustments based on selling price by LuxairCARGO's suppliers.

5.3.2 Provision of thermo covers "Tyvek"

Tyvek® Xtreme W50 covers will be provided at following rates:
  • PMC high : 365.00 Euro/cover
  • PMC high : 488.00 Euro/cover
  • Base : Euro/base
  • EURO pallet (skid): 145.00 Euro/base
These rates include the workload for the wrapping of the ULD. The provision of termo covers are subject to availability. Rates are also subject to possible adjustments based on selling price by LuxairCARGO's suppliers.

6. Miscellaneous

All other, not specifically reported extra manpower services, will be charged on man/hour base. All prices under these T&Cs are excluded of VAT.

7. Definitions

Pharmaceutical products meaning shipments covered under AWB and booked as PIL (pharmaceuticals).
