一、设备用户安全须知
1. Safety instructions for equipment users
设备运行期间,严禁将手或者其它物体放置在扫描台上,除非您正处于放置线路板面及取下线路板过程中,特别注意请您不要穿宽松的衣服及佩戴首饰。
During the operation of the device, it is strictly forbidden to place your hands or other objects on the scanning table, unless you are in the process of placing the circuit board and removing the circuit board, please pay special attention to please do not wear loose clothes and jewelry.
在每块线路板正确放置后,要确保扫描台上没有放置不稳定的物品,物体的突出部分可能对用户操作人员造成伤害,或者在扫描台移动时损坏系统!
Once each board is properly placed, make sure there are no unstable objects on the scanning table, protruding parts of objects that could cause injury to the user operator or damage the system while the scanning table is moving!
发生紧急情况时,您可以立即按下钥匙开关盘的紧急停止按钮,此按钮按下后,它将一直锁定,除非您按顺时针方向旋转按钮,方可重新打开。紧急停止按钮使用后必须对系统重新执行初始化动作才能使用!
In the event of an emergency, you can immediately press the emergency stop button on the key switch disc, and once this button is pressed, it will remain locked until you turn the button clockwise to turn it back on. 一般情形下,系统钥匙开关和紧急停止按钮开关可作为设备的断电装置。它可以断开设备内电子柜内大部分电子控制部件及电力传动系统的电源供应,其它一些电力设备元件(如滤波器,大容量电容,接线端子等有关连线)可能仍然会带电!
In general, the system key switch and emergency stop button switch can be used as a power-off device for the equipment. 在对机器设备进行操作之前,要确保设备周围的维护区域的通畅,只有将维护区域清除干净并且已经完成必要的防护措施操作后,才能开始对设备进行维修!

必须在关闭设备电源状态下才允许拔插设备的各部分接口电缆连接器,决不允许带电拔插!

在清洁机器时,人员不能撑或站在设备平台上,以免影响平台精度。

二、资料解析部分
2. Data analysis
1.通过网络访问→从工程部把AOI资料拷贝到计算机D盘:VC_AOI_DATA目录下。
1.Via network access→ copy AOI data from the engineering department to the computer D drive: VC_AOI_DATA directory.
2.打开做资料软件→选择资料路径→<内层资料外层板无需打勾〉选择要解析的资料确定→选中资料双击鼠 标左键→进入批量处理鼠标点击生成图像→弹出资料框选择要解析的层。《例如:*.GBL,*.GTL,*.DRL》→等待资料解析。

三、AOI 设备开关机及扫、修板操作流程:

·板资料:板资料画面功能介绍。

·第N块:选择第几块去抽样。
· Block N: Select the first block to sample.
·相机复位:点击相机复位,系统会根据填写的板厚,C L轴自动去走位,走位完成会自动打勾。
· Camera reset: Click the camera reset, the system will automatically go to the position according to the filled plate thickness, the C L axis, and the move will be automatically ticked when the position is completed.
·扫描速度:扫描时平台运行的速度,单位mm/s.《注意曝光越高,扫描速度要降低,不然图像会压缩。》

·曝光时间:此项参数指系统设备里的相机(CCD)每次采集线路板图像时感光控制时间。一般来说,曝光设 置到越高时,线路板在计算机内的成像整体亮度达到越高!反之,降级曝光时间,则可以降 低成像亮度。根据线路板的反光程度配合参考 抽样直方图的形态来调节曝光时间。
· Exposure time: This parameter refers to the sensitivity control time of the camera (CCD) in the system equipment each time it collects an image of the circuit board. Generally speaking, the higher the exposure setting, the higher the overall brightness of the board in the computer! Conversely, if you downgrade the exposure time, you can reduce the brightness of the image. The exposure time is adjusted according to the degree of reflection of the circuit board and the shape of the reference sampling histogram.
·阀值:AOI 系统的采集部件对线路板进行图像采集后,得到的是一幅 0-255 级灰度图片,在这当中不论是低反射(亮度)区域(如基材区域)还是高反射(亮度)区域(如铜面)其灰度值都是在一 定范围区间内分布,数值有大有小,不是统一的数值。而 AOI 系统所采用的标准 PCB 图像模型是一个 只有黑白两种颜色的图片,这两者若需做对比,则采集图像必须经过一分为二的分化过程,这个过程就 是阀值处理过程,也可以称为二值化过程。
· threshold: After the acquisition component of the AOI system collects the image of the circuit board, it obtains a 0-255 level gray scale picture, in which whether it is a low reflection (brightness) area (such as the substrate area) or a high reflection (brightness) area (such as a copper surface), its gray value is distributed within a certain range, and the value is large and small, not a uniform value. The standard PCB image model adopted by the AOI system is a picture with only two colors, black and white, and if the two need to be compared, the acquired image must go through a differentiation process that is divided into two, which is the threshold processing process, which can also be called the binarization process.
·阀值的设置:调节不同的阀值对采集图形部分的线路尺寸影响甚大,当阀值设置合适,与标准 PCB 图像边缘匹配较好,缺陷假数也较少,否则假点数量往往会超出正常范围。请参考缺陷类型分布情况来调节阀值的设置,一般情况下请将阀值设置在低阀值的 1/4 处(约 25%)。
· Threshold setting: adjusting different thresholds has a great impact on the circuit size of the acquisition graphic part, when the threshold is set appropriately, it matches well with the edge of the standard PCB image, and the number of defects is less, otherwise the number of false points will often exceed the normal range. Adjust the setting of the threshold by referring to the defect type distribution, and in general, set the threshold at 1/4 of the low threshold (about 25%).
·抽样/对位:此功能键触发系统按照指定的区域坐标去执行一个图像采集动作,并对采集到的图像做灰度直方图统计 。
· Sampling/Alignment: This function key triggers the system to perform an image acquisition action according to the specified area coordinates, and does grayscale histogram statistics on the collected images.
·板偏移X Y: 抽样时X,Y拖动的数值;再次抽样系统自动把数值写入系统中。

·学习曝光及阀值:此项功能用于,在设置好第N块抽样区域后,点击开始学习曝光及阀值按钮,系统会自动调节最佳曝光时间。若是计算调节失败请人工直接设置指定。《注意扫干膜,湿膜,要把滤镜装上》

·抽样直方图:直方图是对执行一次抽样采集过程后,对所采集的线路板图像进行像素数量与灰度值生成汇总表,再以像素数量值为纵轴,灰度值为为横轴,统计绘出整个图像的灰度分布情况。图中相隔距离较远的两 个峰尖分别代表了反(透)光差(如基材区或菲林非透区物质)和反(透)光强(如铜面区或菲林 透明区物质)的两种材质。而两峰谷之间也有不同灰度的像素数量分布,大部分属于两材质交界处的亮度。
· Sampling histogram: The histogram is to perform a sampling collection process, the number of pixels and gray value of the collected circuit board image to generate a summary table, and then take the pixel number value as the vertical axis and the gray value as the horizontal axis, and statistically draw the gray distribution of the entire image. The two peaks in the figure, which are far apart, represent the two materials of anti-(translucent) light difference (e.g., substrate area or film non-transparent area) and anti (translucent) light intensity (e.g., copper surface area or film transparent area). There are also different gray pixel number distributions between the two peaks and valleys, most of which belong to the brightness at the junction of the two materials.
·扫描:扫描画面功能介绍。

·班组:在扫描线路板时,用于填写一指定的批号。共为五位字符,由数字和字母组成。建议客户以“月日班次” 的形式填写!
· team: When scanning the circuit board, it is used to fill in a specified batch number. It is a five-character character and consists of numbers and letters. It is recommended that customers fill in the form of "monthly and daily shifts"!
例如:八月十六日白班 可以填写为:“0816A”

·序号:是对每块板的编号,全部由数字组成。在输入了序号的情况下,为了方便操作,节省时间,检板时工作序号将会从“1”开始,每扫描一块板,这个序号会自动加一,为下一块板做好记录准备。系统保留“0” 这个序号, 以作储存定位缺陷。
· Serial number: is the number of each plate, all composed of numbers. In the case of entering the serial number, in order to facilitate the operation and save time, the working serial number will start from "1" when inspecting the board, and this serial number will be automatically added to each scanned plate to prepare for the next board. The system retains the serial number "0" for storing and locating defects.
·启动分机:点击启动分机,分机会启动当前板的OT块数来处理,在分机任务管理器中可以看得到。《分机1#,启动处理的是单数块。分机2#,启动处理的是双数块。双面扫描会启动双组,分别是OT, AT程序》。

·启动OC:启动OC打勾,在任务管理器中可以看得到。OC是采集图像的程序,当启动OC没打勾,点击扫描是没法采集图像,X Y轴会直接停在最后一条不动。
· Start OC: Start OC tick, which can be seen in the task manager. OC is a program for collecting images, when starting OC is not checked, clicking on scan will not be able to capture images, and the X Y axis will stop directly at the last one without moving.
·扫描F2:点击扫描,系统会自动根据板的条数进行每条扫描。

启动扫描过程,在启动此扫描动作前请确认:

线路板是否已经正确放置在平台的左下角并靠齐靠尺。

② 确保平台上没有任何障碍物会阻挡 XY 方向的移动。

③ 板面是否已经平整无翘曲。

④ 您是否已经正确的选择了班组、序号。

·追点F4:此功能是在扫描完每一块线路板,汇总出结果后,点击追点可以直接进入到修板界面。
· Chasing point F4: This function is to scan each circuit board, summarize the results, click to chase the point can directly enter the repair board interface.
·扫完追点:此功能是在扫描完每一块线路板,汇总出结果后,系统无需人工干预,自动进入“修板”界面,点击键盘下键,定位到此板的第一个缺陷区域。
· After scanning the chasing point: This function is after scanning each circuit board and summarizing the results, the system automatically enters the "repair board" interface without manual intervention, clicks the keyboard down button, and locates the first defect area of this board.
·停止F9:点击停止系统会自动退出修板界面。
· Stop F9: Click Stop to automatically exit the repair interface.
·自动翻面:自动翻面打勾,此功能只能适用于双面扫描,扫描处理完成,系统会自动翻到另一面。
· Automatic turning: Automatic turning check, this function can only be applied to double-sided scanning, the scanning process is completed, the system will automatically turn to the other side.
·提示:提示打勾,会提示当前扫描的面,扫完并且会提示示扫描一块的处理结果的总耗时。
· Prompt: Prompt check, will prompt the current scanned surface, sweep and will prompt the total time of the processing result of the scanned piece.
·缺陷总数:对每次扫描的缺陷数量进行求和。缺陷总数和工作序号必须写在当前扫描的线路板上,一起作为复检时的核对项目!
· Total Defects: Sum the number of defects per scan. The total number of defects and the serial number must be written on the current scanned circuit board, together as a check item during the re-inspection!
·缺陷显示:缺陷显示打勾,标准图像会显示有问题点的标示。
· Defect display: Defect display is checked, and the standard image will display the indication of the problem point.
·连续扫描:用于设置启动每次扫描任务的重复次数,连续扫描中输入扫描的次数,系统会根据次数自动扫

描,直到扫描自动完成。可以手动修改为0终止,并且发生错误 ,连续扫描动作将会停止。

·控制点:控制点打勾,系统会自动从首条,第一块和最后一块,末条,第一块和最后一块寻找4个点作为控制点。

·查看轮廓:点击查看轮廓,系统会直接通过网络把分机生成的轮廓图显示出来,点击导航器存查看,偏差太多要拖动并保存。《查看轮廓除了首末条不允许查看以外,其它的都要查看。拖动时要注意看X Y的数值,正常情况拖动不会超过正负10》。
· View outline: Click to view outline, the system will directly display the outline map generated by the extension through the network, click the navigator to save and view, too many deviations to drag and save. "Except for the first and last bars, you must view the outline. When dragging, pay attention to the value of X Y, and the normal drag will not exceed plus or minus 10.
·XY延伸率:表示当前设置的标准 PCB 图像模型横纵(XY)方向延伸率值。其基本单位为:万 分之一 。《X延伸率如果左右偏差太多而报点,可以手动调节》。
· XY Elongation: Represents the currently set elongation value in the vertical and horizontal (XY) direction of the standard PCB image model. Its basic unit is: 1/10,000. "If the elongation of X is too much and the left and right deviation is too much and the point is reported, it can be adjusted manually".
·蚀刻因子:系统根据填写的数值对存储在计算机内部的标准参考图进行模拟蚀刻。
· Etching factor: The system simulates etching the standard reference diagram stored in the computer according to the filled value.
《注意测试干膜,湿膜,菲林蚀刻因子都打为0》

·控制点参数设定:只需修改首,末条。《当无控制点模式不打勾时控制点模式才有效》

·孔允许:正常外层打到0《正轮廓作为控制点》,内层打到1《负轮廓作为控制点》.

五、AOI维护保养手册
5. AOI maintenance manual
AOI属于高精密度光机电一体化设备,因此对工作环境要求比较严格, 在条件允许的情况下,最好工作在清洁,恒温,恒湿,防静电的环境下。另外,要求工作电网平稳,接地良好,周围避免强电磁辐射设备。
AOI is a high-precision optical mechatronics equipment, so the requirements for the working environment are relatively strict, and it is best to work in a clean, constant temperature, constant humidity, and anti-static environment if conditions permit. In addition, it is required that the working power grid is stable, the ground is good, and the surrounding equipment is to avoid strong electromagnetic radiation.
1、每日保养内容:
1. Daily maintenance content:
A、将紧急停止按下,关闭设备。

B、用干净绒布擦拭工作台面,并将所有吸风孔疏理通畅。
B. Wipe the work surface with a clean flannel cloth and smooth all the suction holes.
C、用干净绒布擦拭机壳,若有笔痕,用清水或酒精擦拭。
C. Wipe the casing with a clean flannel cloth, and wipe it with water or alcohol if there are pen marks.
D、用干净绒布擦拭键盘,鼠标,屏幕。若有笔痕,用清水或酒精擦拭,但必须等清水或酒精挥发后才能开启设备。

E、软件重新初始化设备各部件。
