1.1 企业注册
1.1 Business Registration

登录远景动力SRM平台创建贵司企业的账户。
Log in to Envision Power's SRM platform to create an account for your company.

打开网址https://srm.envision-aesc.cn:9543/点击【供应商注册】,进入供应商注册界面:(如果浏览器直接白屏,不显示,请联系对应采购;)
Open the URL https://srm.envision-aesc.cn:9543/, click [Supplier Registration] to enter the supplier registration interface: (If the browser directly whites the screen and does not display, please contact the corresponding purchaser; )

注意:
Note:

密码校验要求8位数字、大小写字母、符号,例如:Aa12345#
Password verification requires 8 digits, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols, for example: Aa12345#;

邮箱中有英文,请使用小写字母;

填写用户注册页面的账号信息,查看并勾选“我已阅读并同意 SRM注册协议”,点击【注册】按钮;
Fill in the account information on the user registration page, view and check "I have read and agree to the SRM registration agreement", and click the [Register] button.

如果遇到验证码发送延迟的情况,可能与网络因素有关,出现次数多达三次请联系采购协调处理;

1.2 企业认证
1.2 Enterprise Certification

输入刚刚注册的账户或邮箱和密码点击登录
Enter the account (or email address) and password you just registered, and click Login:

点击【进入工作台】进入系统,登录系统后会提示账号未绑定邮箱,可点击【个人中心】做邮箱的绑定校验,具体见【个人中心】操作说明部分:
Click [Enter Workbench] to enter the system, after logging in to the system, it will prompt that the account is not bound to the mailbox, you can click [Personal Center] to do the binding verification of the mailbox, please refer to the [Personal Center] operation instructions section for details:

正确登录SRM系统后在左侧导航区域按照企业认证--企业认证--企业认证路径进入企业认证功能
After logging in to the SRM system, in the navigation area on the left, go to the Enterprise Authentication - Enterprise Authentication - Enterprise Authentication path to enter the Enterprise Authentication function.

企业认证信息分为【登记信息】、【业务信息】、【联系人信息】、【地址】、【银行信息】、【开票信息】、【财务信息】、【公司附件】8个部分,每个部分需要供应商按照提示和系统要求填写正确的信息。
The enterprise authentication information is divided into 8 parts: [Registration Information], [Business Information], [Contact Information], [Address], [Bank Information], [Billing Information], [Financial Information], and [Company Attachments], each part of which requires the supplier to fill in the correct information according to the prompts and system requirements.

备注:正确填写企业认证信息填写正确系统会显示绿色“√”,若填写错误,系统会提示红色“×”和填写要求,每个有红色“*”的字段是必填信息。
Note: Fill in the enterprise certification information correctly, if the filling is correct, the system will display a green "√", if the filling is incorrect, the system will prompt a red "×" and fill in the requirements, each field with a red "*" is required information.

(1)登记信息:

登记信息需要如实填写企业的社会统一信用代码、企业名称、企业类型等信息,并根据系统提示上传营业执照扫描件,确认信息后点击【下一步】进入【业务信息】维护页面:

进入此页面时,系统默认选择【我要销售】,无需供应商选择。确认信息维护正确后,点击下一步进入【联系人信息】部分:

点击【新建联系人】会弹出信息维护窗口,维护联系人姓名、联系方式、岗位等基础信息,供应商注册时,应在此处维护后续会和采购对接的关键业务同事的信息,例如销售业务员、客户经理等联系人信息,确认信息无误后点击【下一步】,进入【地址】信息部分:
When the supplier registers, the information of key business colleagues who will be connected with the subsequent meeting and procurement should be maintained here, such as the contact information of sales salesman, account manager and other contact information, and click [Next] to enter the [Address] information section after confirming that the information is correct:

供应商在维护联系人时需要指定一个默认联系人,作为采购方的主要联系人。
Suppliers need to designate a default contact when maintaining contacts to be the primary contact for the purchaser.

供应商需要在此处维护自己的地址信息,例如工厂地址,办公地址、注册地址等。
Suppliers need to maintain their own address information here, such as factory address, office address, registered address, etc.

点击【新建】,新建一行地址空白栏,维护地址【国家】、【详细地址】、【地址类型】等信息,同时【邮政编码】字段需要根据【国家】字段限制相应长度,若填写后系统提示长度不符,请联系对应采购员进行处理
Click [New], create a new row of address blank columns, maintain the address [Country], [Detailed Address], [Address Type] and other information, and the [Postal Code] field needs to limit the corresponding length according to the [Country] field, if the system prompts that the length does not match after filling in, please contact the corresponding buyer for processing:

点击【编辑】,对已经维护的地址信息进行修改;若维护了多行地址,则只能选择一行为默认地址;
Click [Edit] to modify the address information that has been maintained; If a multi-line address is maintained, only one row can be selected as the default address;

如果想要删除已经维护的地址信息,取消勾选【状态】字段,则禁用此地址信息;
If you want to delete the address information that has been maintained, uncheck the [Status] field to disable this address information;

确认信息无误后,点击【下一步】,进入【银行信息】维护页面:
After confirming that the information is correct, click [Next] to enter the [Bank Information] maintenance page:

供应商需在此处维护自己的银行信息,作为后续付款的银行账户信息数据依据。
Suppliers are required to maintain their own bank information here, which is used as the basis for bank account information data for subsequent payments.

点击【新建】,新建一行银行信息,维护【国家】、【联行行号】、【付款方式】等信息,并上传对应银行的开户证明文件;
Click [New] to create a new bank information, maintain the information such as [Country], [Interbank Number], [Payment Method], and upload the account opening documents of the corresponding bank;

维护多个银行信息时,需要勾选【主账户】,确认信息无误后点击【下一步】:
When maintaining multiple bank information, you need to check [Master Account], confirm that the information is correct, and click [Next]:

注意:银行承兑和电汇一种类型的供应商只能维护一条信息;
Note: One type of vendor, Bank Acceptance and Wire Transfer, can only maintain one piece of information;

*在填写银行信息时,未找到要选择的银行信息。
*When filling in the bank information, the bank information you want to select was not found.

解决方案:如贵司银行在选项中找不到,可联系远景动力AESC对应采购,提供银行名称,联行行号以便在系统中添加。
Solution: If your bank cannot be found in the options, you can contact Envision Power AESC for the corresponding purchase, and provide the bank name and interbank number to add in the system.

(6)开票信息:
(6) Billing information:

系统会默认带出银行信息下的【主账户】银行信息作为开票信息,供应商需要补充【税务登记电话】,确认信息无误后,点击【下一步】:
By default, the system will bring out the [Master Account] bank information under the bank information as the invoicing information, and the supplier needs to supplement the [Tax Registration Phone], confirm that the information is correct, and click [Next]:

(7)财务信息:

点击【新建】,新增一行空数据,维护【年份】、【企业总资产(万元)】、【总负债(万元)】等信息,系统自动计算出资产负债率等信息;
Click [New] to add a row of empty data, maintain information such as [Year], [Total Assets of Enterprises (10,000 yuan)], [Total Liabilities (10,000 yuan)], and the system will automatically calculate the asset-liability ratio and other information;

请至少维护近3年的财务报告数据,确认信息无误后,点击【下一步】:
Please maintain at least the financial report data for the past 3 years, confirm that the information is correct, and click [Next]:

(8)公司附件:

系统默认以下五个附件必需上,点击绿色的上传附件按钮,则可进行附件上传填写等操作;其中保密协议和阳光协议附件可先下载协议模板,填写相关内容后再上传
By default, the following five attachments must be uploaded, and you can upload and fill in the attachments by clicking the green Upload Attachment button. Among them, the confidentiality agreement and the attachment of the Sunshine Agreement can be downloaded first, and the relevant content can be filled in before uploading

点击【上传附件】,点击加号,在弹窗内维护附件信息,上传后,点击叉号,退出附件信息上传页面;
Click [Upload Attachment], click the plus sign to maintain the attachment information in the pop-up window, and after uploading, click the cross sign to exit the attachment information upload page;

如果有需要额外需要附件(点击下一步时报错需维护XX附件信息),则点击【新建】,新增一行空数据,选择【附件类型】找到提示维护的附件、维护【附件描述】信息:

再点击【下一步】,进入公司预览页面:

按照系统提示填写完毕后查看预览页签检验企业认证信息是否无误确认无误后点击确认提交
After filling in the information according to the system prompts, check whether the enterprise certification information is correct on the [View Preview] tab page, and click Confirm to submit after confirming that it is correct

系统提示您已提交认证申请,请耐心等待审批”,当前状态为“审批中”,等待采购员进行企业认证审核

企业认证审批通过后当前状态为完成”,再次登录系统时则会拥有业务协同的相关功能权限。

合作伙伴管理

供应商注册到系统后为一个单独的账户,没有和远景动力建立合作伙伴关系,本部分讲述如何通过系统功能和远景动力采购方建立合作伙伴关系
After the supplier is registered in the system, it is a separate account and does not establish a partnership with Envision Power, this section describes how to establish a partnership with Envision Power purchaser through system functions.

点击【同意合作】或者【拒绝】,点击【同意合作】即可参与远景寻源、协议等业务。
Click [Agree to Cooperation] or [Reject], and click [Agree to Cooperation] to participate in Envision Sourcing, agreements and other services.

若远景的合作模式是需要填写调查表,【是否发出调查表】字段显示为“是”,表示该界面【同意合作】后需要进入【调查表填写】界面填写调查表;若合作模式暂不调查时,【是否发出调查表】字段显示为“否”,点击【同意合作】即可完成邀约流程;
If Envision's cooperation mode requires you to fill in a questionnaire, the [Whether to send a questionnaire] field is displayed as "Yes", which means that you need to enter the [Questionnaire Filling] interface to fill in the questionnaire after [Agree to Cooperation] on the interface; If the cooperation mode is not investigated, the [Whether to send a questionnaire] field is displayed as "No", and click [Agree to Cooperation] to complete the invitation process;

供应商登录系统后,也可在系统消息栏查看邀约申请

若采购方在发出邀约书时选择了“填写调查表”,则供应商需维护合作邀约页面的调查表信息点击保存并提交给核心企业审批,在核心企业审批通过后,双方建立合作伙伴关系;点击“拒绝”,则可以拒绝合作邀约,邀约状态更新为“拒绝”
If the purchaser selects "fill in the questionnaire" when issuing the invitation letter, the supplier needs to maintain the questionnaire information on the cooperation invitation page, click Save and submit it to the core enterprise for approval, and after the core enterprise approves it, the two parties will establish a partnership; Click "Reject" to reject the cooperation offer, and the invitation status will be updated to "Reject"

若采购方在发出邀约书时选择了“暂不调查准入时,无需填写调查表完成邀约;

调查表管理

调查表为远景动力和您在进行进一步合作前的信息收集和了解过程,远景动力会向您发出一份调研问卷,您会收到邮件消息提供,登录系统后打开远景动力采购放出的调研问卷,根据调研问卷要求的内容如实的、正确的填写您的企业信息,然后提交至远景采购方进行审批。
The questionnaire is the process of collecting and understanding the information between Envision Power and you before further cooperation, Envision Power will send you a questionnaire, you will receive an email message to provide, log in to the system to open the survey questionnaire released by Envision Power Procurement, fill in your corporate information truthfully and correctly according to the content required by the questionnaire, and then submit it to Envision Purchasing for approval.

远景动力与您合作会向您发布调查表来调查供应商信息,您需要在调查表填写页面填写相关信息:
Envision Power, in cooperation with you, will issue a questionnaire to you to investigate supplier information, and you will need to fill in the relevant information on the questionnaire filling page:

点击调查表编号进入页面,红星标注和黄色标注的为必须维护的信息,供应商需要按照调查表的要求如实填写企业信息,确认信息无误后点击保存并提交给远景动力进行审批。
Click on the questionnaire number to enter the page, the red star and yellow are the information that must be maintained, and the supplier needs to fill in the enterprise information truthfully according to the requirements of the questionnaire, and click Save and submit it to Envision Power for approval after confirming that the information is correct.

审批通过的调查表可在【我收到的调查表】查看历史填写过的调查表;

审批拒绝的调查表在【调查表填写】功能下修改调查表信息后继续提交远景采购审批;

供应商在修改企业信息前,需切换到自己的租户下,点击右上角公司名称,点击查看所有租户:

4.2. 企业认证之后被拒绝

审批未通过时会收到邮件提醒,登录系统后点击进入企业认证菜单,根据收到的需要整改的信息进行相关信息的修改即可;
When the approval fails, you will receive an email reminder, log in to the system and click to enter the enterprise authentication menu, and modify the relevant information according to the information received that needs to be rectified;

容易遇到的问题:

供应商认证审批拒绝后,如何查看审批拒绝原因;

并且再次点击查看预览下的消息为什么报错“除登记信息外,修改其它信息保存即生效,请及时保存”?

解决方案:

点击右上角消息图标可查看审批拒绝的内容;
Click the message icon in the upper right corner to view the content of the approval rejection;

然后从【登记信息】开始,认真查看每一处的信息,一步步点击【下一步】,修正信息后点击提交再次审批。

容易遇到的问题:

审批拒绝的原因就是调查表填写内容的问题,那么【调查表填写】功能下修改调查表信息后继续提交远景采购审批即可;
The reason for the rejection of approval is the problem of filling in the questionnaire, so you can modify the questionnaire information under the [Questionnaire Filling] function and continue to submit the Envision Procurement for approval;

审批拒绝的原因不是调查表填写内容的问题(比如是企业认证时填写的信息怎么办;)
The reason for the rejection of the approval is not the content of the questionnaire (for example, what about the information filled in during the enterprise certification; )

b)这种情况很少见,那么当遇到这种情况时,需要的解决办法;

将箭头显示的这个地方,换成自己的公司;(即贵司自己的名字)

点击蓝色公司名字进入

注意的点,这里每个分类都有自己的提交,大家修改好之后一定要多点报错提交哈,如果保存失败,看下是不是有黄框的地方没有填写等导致的;

提交之后,联系对应的采购员进行审批

点击进入后再次点击保存提交即可;

大家在自己的界面右上方可以看见图中圈出的两个地方

所处位置,是指您当前在哪家公司下(目前只有贵司和远景两个选项);大家可以理解成,当您的所处位置定义为贵司时,那么您在当前界面操作的所有内容为自己公司的内容;当您的所处位置定义为远景动力时,那您在当前界面操作的内容是和远景动力公司发生的业务往来;

因为在SRM中,涉及到订单,物流,协议,财务,质量管理业务等,所以我们为供应商开发了新建子账户这样一个功能,首先这个功能的前提,需要与远景动力已经达成合作的情况下(即下方合作伙伴管理完成)

创建成功之后,可通过网址,输入账户密码直接登录SRM系统;

创建贵司账户的初始操作账户,仍有属于贵司的全部操作权限,上述子账户分配角色之后唯一不足功能为不会单独为新创建的人员发送站内消息或邮件,还是需要初始创建者有业务时通知(因为消息提醒带站内跳转,可以看见菜单之外的一些消息内容,这样就达不到最开始想屏蔽的初衷了)

在此功能下可查看、确认远景AESC发布的订单。点击订单号进入订单明细,查看订单信息。如果远景AESC对该订单上传了附件,供应商需要将附件下载、打印、盖章、扫描后,上传。

2)查看远景AESC上传的订单附件。点击附件后面的“眼睛”预览附件,点击附件名称,直接下载附件,如图2.3。预览后保存打印,也可以下载直接打印。(若未按提醒使用谷歌浏览器,可能会覆盖原页面,请小心操作!)。

3)打印后,盖章扫描再上传。点击“加号”,如图3.5。选择盖章后的附件扫描件上传。检查信息并且确认可以按时按量送货后,点击【反馈/确认】,确认订单,如图3.6。如果无法满足送货需求,需要联系远景AESC物料计划员协商可供数量与时间,远景方修改订单后确认。

对于框架协议类的订单,采购方在发完订单之后,后面按照生成需要,发到货计划,在该功能下可以查到采购方的到货计划,供应商需要根据到货计划送货。此页面仅做查询展示。展示所有的到货计划数据,包含已确认的和未确认的及历史版本的数据;数据以时间+高版本的维度进行数据降序排序,最新时间以及最高排版会优先显示

逻辑:①展示接口最新数据(根据到货计划上的MRPC+工厂去找物料主数据上这个工厂下MRPC关联的物料。用物料主数据上的物料+工厂把该页面属于该工厂和物料的数据删除掉并展示接口最新更新数据,把原来的数据移到到货计划查询(历史)的页面。)经过供应商确认后的数据移到到货计划已确认(最新)③此页面只展示最新的未确认的到货计划数据,旧版本的未确认数据在【到货计划查询(历史)】查看。

经过供应商确认后的数据移到该页面,展示逻辑同1.2.2的MRPC逻辑,此页面只展示最新的已确认的到货计划数据,旧版本的已确认数据在【到货计划查询(历史)】查看。例如:该页面存在V2版本的到货计划,在【到货计划未确认(最新)】页面确认最新的版本V3的数据后,则V3的数据显示在该页面,原本该页面的V2版本数据移除在【到货计划查询(历史)】页面。

供应商在此模块创建、取消、查询送货单,并查询、补打标签。

送货单并单规则:同一远景AESC采购组织、同一远景AESC订单类型、同一远景AESC需求日期、同一远景AESC收货库房、同一远景AESC科目分配类别才能创建一张送货单。

对于已确认订单,在送货单创建页面下勾选订单行,点击【创建送货单】,如图4.7。送货单创建时,要符合送货单创建规则,否则不能创建一张送货单。创建规则见送货单管理-功能概述。

2)维护送货单,在送货单维护页面维护已创建未提交送货单信息。点击送货单号进入送货单详情页面,维护送货单信息。在送货单维护明细页面补充/修改日期、地址、联系人等信息后点击【提交】,将送货单提交至远景AESC。若在选择发运联系人时出现4.11的情况,需要先维护发运联系人详见送货单管理-发运联系人管理。可以对行进行拆分操作来处理多批发货时的场景。

3)标签管理,提交送货单时,会提示本次送货是否需要组托组箱。若无法满足同一物料放满一托,请勿在系统中组托。下列分别讲述三种情况:

维护好文件后,点击【批量组托数据上传】,便会跳转到批量导入界面

找到我们维护的送货单,重新打开,点击“提交”按钮弹出【箱/托盘标签生成】页面,查看组托组别已经导入,点击【预览托盘标签】生成托盘标签号,点击【生成并打印标签】,提交送货单,并跳转至打印标签页面;点击取消,取消提交送货单。

可根据查询条件中的“业务类别”查询出寄售业务的可开票的数据勾选事务编号,单击右上角【创建】,即创建了应收发票,系统自动跳转到“维护应收发票信息”页面。(注:若此对账单有三个明细行,那么新建时校验必须一起创建,若少一行进行报错:“事物编号【A】,与【B】【C】【D】等来源于同一对账单,请合并开票”),如图3.10。

点击税务发票行的【新建】按钮,新建税务发票行信息,维护税务发票行信息,点击税务发票行的【保存】按钮,系统会自动将税务发票行中的发票号放在头表的税务发票号码中,如图3.17。
