Basic introduction
This battery system is suitable for home energy storage and small and medium-sized commercial storage battery systems . It uses 3.2 V 100Ah lithium battery cells to form a 16- series 2 -parallel battery module and a smart BMS to form a 51.2V 200Ah lithium battery system. The system supports up to 16 batteries in parallel. This system is prohibited from being used in series or mixed with other batteries of different brands and models.
Function introduction
Battery voltage calculation: 16-cell battery voltage sampling test, deviation ±20mV.
Battery and ambient temperature detection: 4 battery temperature sensors, 1 ambient temperature sensor, 1 MOS temperature sensor, deviation ±2°C.
Battery Capacity and Cycle Count: Complete a complete charge/discharge cycle to set actual capacity. Monitors remaining battery capacity with capacity estimation accuracy within 5%. Additionally, charge and discharge cycle times as well as complete charge and discharge cycle times are configurable.
Intelligent cell balancing: Charging and static balancing strategies can be flexibly set to effectively extend service life.
Communication interface: PC or intelligent front-end can monitor battery pack data, control operation and set parameters through telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote control and other commands. The communication protocol complies with the requirements of YD/T 1363.3 and realizes cascade communication at the same time.
Historical data recording, saving and reading: When the battery is abnormal, the real-time battery status and alarm information are recorded and saved. Currently, up to 500 pieces of historical fault data can be stored.
Battery management system parameter settings: Battery management system parameters, including cell battery overvoltage/undervoltage, total battery voltage overvoltage/undervoltage, charge and discharge overcurrent, battery high/low temperature, battery capacity, working mode, charge and discharge limit current etc., can be set in the battery monitoring system.
Working mode: Charging and discharging current limiting, constant voltage output, direct output and other working modes can be set in the monitoring system.
Multiple protection functions: hardware protection, battery protection, high and low temperature protection, output short circuit protection, etc.

Communication instructions
Communication interface definition
According to the definition of the communication interface of inverters of different brands, it corresponds to the BMS communication interface ; the definition of the special inverter communication port is inconsistent with the definition of the BMS communication port. Customize the network cable. If you use a regular network cable, the BMS may automatically turn on or fail to shut down; before use, you should Determine whether the communication interface definition is consistent.
|
internal communications
For BMS internal communication, select the corresponding port and baud rate 19200.
|
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Parallel communication
The BMS has the function of automatically assigning addresses, and no dialing is required ( the dialing switch reserved on the BMS is not turned on ), and conventional network cables can be used during parallel operation.
5 basic working modes
5.1 Charging mode
When the BMS detects that the charger is connected and the external charging voltage is greater than the internal battery voltage by more than 0.5V, it turns on the charging MOSFET for charging. When the charging current reaches the effective charging current, it enters the charging mode. In charging mode, both charge and discharge MOSFETs are closed.
5.2 Discharge mode
The BMS enters the discharge mode when it detects that the load is connected and the discharge current reaches the effective discharge current.
5.3 Standby mode
When the above two modes are not satisfied, it enters standby mode.
5.4 Shutdown mode
After 48 hours of normal standby, the battery triggers under-voltage protection, a button shutdown or an external switch shutdown is performed, and the BMS enters shutdown mode.
Wake-up conditions in shutdown mode: 1. Charging is activated; 2. 48V voltage is activated; 3. Button is turned on.

7.2 Installation instructions
7.2.1 Check battery status before installation
7.2.2 Select a suitable installation location
Do not place batteries on flammable building materials
It is recommended to hang the battery on a vertical wall
The temperature should be between 10℃ and 30℃ to maintain optimal operation.
There should be some free space around the battery to dissipate heat (as shown in the picture below) Suitable for installation on concrete surfaces or other non-flammable surfaces
7.2.3 Wiring harness connection
The battery should be powered off before connection.
1. A single unit is connected using the wiring harness as shown in the figure. After the connection is successful, turn it on and select the corresponding protocol on the battery host computer.
8.Packaging
Packed in dry-proof, dust-proof and moisture-proof packaging boxes. Pack the product in plastic film/EPE and pack in carton.
Specifications: L 79cm*W57cm*H 26cm Packing quantity: 1 unit Weight: 88kg
9. Precautions
Do not use the battery if it has obvious impact or deformation.
Do not stack batteries in multiple layers
Pay attention to the polarity of the power supply and access terminals .
Insulate equipment and use tools and instruments correctly.
The battery installation site should be kept away from fire sources and flammable objects. The installation site should be kept ventilated and dry.
It is absolutely prohibited to insert or remove plug-ins while the product is running.
Non-professional technical personnel of our company are strictly prohibited from opening each functional module and will do so at their own risk.
Please use a dedicated charger to fully charge the battery before using it new or using it for a long time.
Do not disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture or break the product.
Do not modify or insert the battery into any external object. Do not immerse or expose the product to water or other liquids such as fresh water, sea water, or beverages (coffee, juice, etc.). And keep away from sources of fire, explosive materials or other dangers.
Do not short-circuit the battery and do not allow metal or other conductors to contact the battery contact terminals.
Do not drop the battery. If it does occur (especially on hard surfaces), please contact a service center.
If there is electrolyte leakage, do not let the battery come into contact with your skin or eyes. If it does occur, wash the exposed area with plenty of water or seek medical attention.
Do not disassemble the battery cells under any circumstances. This can cause an internal short circuit or even cause a fire or other problems.
Do not under any circumstances burn the battery or throw it into a fire. Otherwise, it may cause the battery to burn
