overview
This document is the general parameter configuration and whole pile debugging manual of our DC control system, which does not include the port definition and wiring instructions of the main control board, and it is recommended to use the product manuals for targeted debugging.
The parameters of our main control board are mainly configured through the LCD screen, and this document will introduce them in detail from the main interface and administrator parameters on the LCD screen.
If you use our main control board for the first time, it is recommended to follow the steps to set the parameters and debug the whole pile.
Boot
The status of the LCD screen when powered on is shown in Figure 1, and it will automatically jump to Figure 2 when the motherboard communicates with the screen.

If the LCD screen stays in Figure 1 and does not jump to Figure 2, the motherboard and the LCD screen have no communication; If you jump to Figure 2, you have already communicated.
When the LCD screen stays in Figure 1, there are the following situations: 1. The screen is not reversed with the communication line TR of the motherboard; 2. The on-screen program flashing error; 3. The screen program is not suitable for the motherboard program; 4. The screen is damaged.
When the screen and the motherboard cannot communicate, it is recommended to communicate with our technical personnel.
General settings
Main interface
As shown in the figure, the display interface after the motherboard communication is normal is the main interface of our DC dual charging products, including charging buttons, event recordings, module charging status and administrator control buttons.
State of charge
As shown in the figure, this page is used to observe the online and output status of the module. When the module is offline, the communication status will be displayed offline, and when it is online, it means that the module has communicated with the motherboard.
Event logging
As shown in the figure, this page contains two pieces of information, which are alarm records and charging records.
The latest 49 fault records of the charging pile are recorded in the alarm record, and the user can check the fault that the charging pile currently needs to deal with according to the fault information of Article 49.
The latest 49 historical charging records of the charging pile are recorded in the charging record, and the user can obtain the historical charging record information of the charging pile according to this interface.
Start charging
Start charging is the charging button of the charging pile, and the corresponding charging method can be selected according to the charging requirements of stand-alone charging or networked charging. If the charging mode shield is turned off, you can choose quota, quantitative, timed, and scheduled charging.
2. Administrators
This interface appears after clicking the administrator button, the factory default password is 123456, and after changing the password, you can use the super password to enter, the super password project password is 11121314, and the debugging password is 41312111.
a. Networking parameters
As shown in the figure, this page can set the networking parameters, the network address of the charging pile does not need to be changed normally, only the port PORT needs to be changed in some specific circumstances, the details are as follows:
The network address of the background host is used to input the IP port of the cloud fast charging 1.5 protocol platform in the network mode; GPRS or Ethernet can be selected for the background communication mode, GPRS can be selected when 232 is connected, and Ethernet (often used for network cable and manned 8050DTU) is selected when there is a network cable connection at the motherboard end; PORT is used to input the platform station number, the unit price of electricity can display the current stand-alone rate, and the metering address is used to enter the meter address, please refer to the meter setting document for details.
b. Module parameters
Theoretically, the module parameters are set entirely according to the module nameplate.
The module voltage is set to the maximum voltage of a single module, such as 750V;
The module unit current is set to the maximum current of a single module, such as 50A;
Note: The highest voltage and maximum current of the single body are queried on the nameplate of the module.
(The Yonglian protocol is special to Huawei's protocol, and it is set to the rated current of the module.)
The installed number of modules is AB power charging, such as 120KW power charging, 6 20KW modules, then the number of A guns is 3, and B guns automatically change the parameters without setting;
The maximum charging voltage is the voltage of the whole charging pile, such as 750V, 1000V;
The minimum charging voltage is the voltage of the entire charging pile, such as 200V;
The maximum charging current is the current of the whole charging pile, such as 300A for 6 50A modules, (250 for 250A according to the hardware limitation)
The minimum charging current is the current of the entire charging pile, such as 1A.
c. Manual output
This page is used to detect whether the module can be boosted normally, for example, the voltage is set to 300V, click ON to see if the output can reach 300, note that it is normally in the empty gun state at this time, and is not connected to the car end. After the voltage is set, click ON, then use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage at the muzzle is consistent with the set value, if there is no output, check the primary DC output and the secondary control loop, check the module boot status and output, check the circuit board and module communication line, until the gun head has voltage output, otherwise the fault record will appear "DC output loop fault" during charging.
d. Measurement correction
This page protects the parameters for some specific function settings, the measurement correction is used to correct the measured voltage, when the actual voltage reading of the meter is inconsistent with the measured voltage displayed on the main interface, the measurement voltage is corrected by changing the correction factor, the ratio is 100:3, for example, the measurement voltage is reduced by 3V if the correction factor is reduced by 100.
e. Auxiliary parameters
The first page of auxiliary parameters includes: electronic lock control mode, electronic lock feedback level, AB tip temperature, AB correction factor, gun temperature protection upper limit, gun temperature protection mode, BMS communication protocol, meter CT conversion ratio, meter type, communication rate, insulation monitoring, card reader.
Electronic lock control mode, according to the purchased gun wire electronic lock control mode, pulse or level can be selected.
The electronic lock feedback level, according to the wiring method, can be selected normally open or normally closed.

AB tip temperature, the real-time temperature of the tip is displayed after the charging gun is connected to the gun temperature.
The AB correction factor, which is used to correct the tip temperature display, is approximately 100:4, i.e. a 100 decrease in the coefficient reduces the temperature display by 4°C.
The upper limit of gun temperature protection, you can change the upper limit of temperature alarm here, for example, the upper limit is set to 20, and the real-time temperature of the gun head exceeds 20, the gun temperature fault will be reported.
Gun temperature protection mode, select the temperature is to turn on the gun temperature monitoring, otherwise it is off.
BMS communication protocol, here you can manually select the new national standard (2015) and the old national standard (2011).
The meter CT ratio, where the meter accuracy can be changed, i.e. several decimal places are displayed.
Meter type, according to the meter used, the DC pile defaults to the DC meter.
Communication rate, here you can select the communication rate of the meter and the check digit.

Insulation monitoring, where you can choose to turn it on or off.
Card reader, where you can choose to turn the card reader on or off.
The second page of auxiliary parameters includes: GPS positioning longitude, GPS positioning latitude, delayed parking timing, system network mode, program remote upgrade, automatic bill settlement, stand-alone lock card settlement, BMS power switching, cabinet door switch shielding, bridge contactor monitoring, vehicle VIN code charging, vehicle fault shielding, SOC termination charging, charging mode shielding.
GPS positioning latitude and longitude, conventional this parameter does not need to be changed, the latitude is changed to 12.123456 can be used for the State Grid six lights setting, the control principle is shown in the following figure:
Delayed parking timing, this parameter is not a functional option, can be ignored.
System network mode, this parameter is used to select network or standalone mode.
To upgrade the program remotely, you need to confirm that this parameter has been turned on when you upgrade remotely.
Automatic bill settlement for orders that unexpectedly terminate charging in network mode.
Stand-alone card lock settlement, after turning on this option, if there is an unsettled order for stand-alone card charging, the card will be forcibly locked, and it can only be unlocked on the card issuing machine.
BMS power switching, you can choose to automatically switch or manually switch the BMS power supply to the vehicle-end BMS system, and choose according to the actual needs.
The cabinet door switch is shielded, and the cabinet door status is no longer monitored after it is opened, and the cabinet door failure can be shielded.
Bridge contactor monitoring, normal intermediate bridge feedback is not accessed, if access is required, then turn on this option, intermediate bridge feedback is the motherboard 50, 51 ports.
Vehicle VIN code charging, after opening can support VIN code start, VIN code start requires the owner to register VIN on the platform with the frame number, and then open the vehicle VIN code charging can be directly plugged in the gun start.
Vehicle fault shielding, after opening, it can shield some vehicle-end faults, such as insulation detection, normal does not open, when there is a communication failure, it can be opened to test whether it can be charged, and continue to close after the test.
The SOC terminates the charge, and the percentage of the vehicle can be set to be fully charged, for example, setting 99 means that the charge will stop charging to 99%.
The charging mode is shielded, and there will be no quota, quantitative, timed, and scheduled charging after opening, and if these starting methods are needed, they will be turned off.
f. Rate Settings
This page is used to set the stand-alone rate, the network rate is issued by the platform, and the power loss rate here can be used to change the uploaded power, for example, 5% is the actual charging 100 degrees and uploading 105 degrees.
g. Pile locking
This page is used for timed locking, setting the password setting date to enable 1 to turn it on, and at this time, you also need to change the administrator password to prevent the locking from closing.
h. Module communication
This page is generally used to select the module communication protocol, i.e. the module manufacturer code.
For example, when the module uses the Encore protocol for communication protocol at this time, select Encore, the other 01 is the Shenghong protocol, the other 02 is used for the charging pile, the latest program of the State Grid protocol is no different from the other 03, and the other 04 is used for the State Grid protocol of UUGreenPower and Lingkang modules.
In the working mode of the system, the normal use is AB power charging, JC uniform charging, and AC full power. The default AB power charge of the all-in-one machine and two guns can realize flexible distribution, and the theoretical maximum output of a single gun can reach the maximum power of the whole machine. JC Uniform Charge means that the two guns do not interfere with each other, and the power acts as the second gun will become even charged after it starts charging. The full power of the AC is used for the charging stack.
The module communication wiring, by default, are directly connected, and the relay switching is selected when controlled by the relay (the relay switching scheme has been abandoned).
Electronic lock pulse, double gun can ignore this parameter.
The front terminal code is used to set the terminal number of the charging stack. For details, please refer to the charging stack commissioning manual.

Commissioning of the whole pile
Get ready
After processing the whole pile wiring according to the drawings, it enters the debugging stage, and the motherboard comes with its own program, so there is no need to re-write it normally. Our motherboard docking LCD screen is normally Diwen or Xinruida. If you need to use other screens, please contact our technical staff to confirm and send the screen back to the company for adaptation procedures. After the screen is confirmed, check the wiring of the whole pile, confirm that the connection voltage of the car gun is 6V for the empty gun, 4V for the plug-in gun, and 4V for starting (if the empty gun shows 12V, the motherboard is not grounded, and the motherboard is 62 or 63 grounded), and enter the setting stage after confirmation.
Set up
In the setting stage, the parameters are mainly set and the mode is selected, including meter communication, electronic lock control, module communication, module parameter setting, etc. For details of this stage, please refer to the parameter introduction on the above pages and the debugging documents of electricity meters and electronic locks.
debugging
After setting the parameters through the screen, the commissioning phase begins, which checks the charging and networking of the device, as well as its stability and functional integrity.
The whole pile debugging is divided into two stages, testing the whole pile hardware single charging and networking charging function, the single machine is mainly based on card charging and password charging, and the card charging is to use the factory IC card to realize the card start through the card reader.
As shown in the figure, this interface appears when you click to start charging, and then tap to start by swiping.
When this page appears, hold the IC card close to the card reader, at this time the card reader will make a "tick" sound and jump to the next interface.
If the password is incorrect, the initial password of the card production link is not set to 000000, and the card production details can be found in the relevant documents of the recharge mechanism card. Note that the password charging function is to find the card reader control on the left side of the administrator, select Off, and the start password is the last six digits of the station.
When the stand-alone charging confirms that everything is normal, you can test the networking function, and some common ones with cloud fast charging 1.5 have the following platforms:

For example, when the network connection is normal, "Reg:1 Net:1 Cnum:0" will be displayed in the upper left corner of the main interface. In this case, the network is normal. For more information, please refer to the commissioning documentation and commissioning manual.
After the completion of networking, you can test the charging, and there are several ways to charge the normal networking: scanning code charging, online card charging, and VIN charging. Scan the QR code to charge is to confirm the networking and plug in the gun, then scan the QR code on the screen with the corresponding platform applet (note that the leftmost QR code will be refreshed once after clicking to start charging, wait for the refresh and then scan the QR code), and then follow the steps in the applet to charge in turn. Online card charging and card charging are basically the same, the difference is that online cards need to be made by the platform. The VIN code charging and ready-to-use frame number registers the VIN code on the platform, which is equivalent to the start of the plug-in gun in the networked state.
