and considering our TENDER, we undertake to perform the WORK and obligations described in the TENDER DOCUMENT, the rates and prices that have been filled and duly signed which shall form the basis for the valuation of work done and any variation i.e. addition or reduction from the CONTRACT may from time to time to be ordered by MMHE., as submitted separately in our Commercial Proposal, all in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the TENDER DOCUMENT.

BIDDER warrants that all the resources proposed to MMHE such as manpower, proposed key personnel, equipment and tools are available for the works and in overall technically met MMHE requirements.
