Pursuant to the proposals submitted for the above-mentioned tender and project, we <Subcontractor Name> (hereinafter referred to as “BIDDER”) hereby confirms Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “MMHE”) that our proposal is technically comprehensive, commercially accurate and the proposed execution plan is realistic and within our capabilities to execute if the tender being awarded to BIDDER

BIDDER warrants that all the resources proposed to MMHE such as manpower, proposed key personnel, equipment and tools are available for the works and in overall technically met MMHE requirements. BIDDER also warrants that the price quoted is free of any defects in terms of calculation and correctness of the rates and shall valid until end of proposal validity date.

BIDDER confirmed any submission and clarification during tender stages such as response for technical/commercial clarification will be part of BIDDER commitment.
