职位介绍: What you will do: -Lead a small Design strategy team -Close collaboration with other disciplines in ZDSS -Bridge between ZDS Brand & Technology and CH R&D and MSS Organization Main tasks and responsibilities: a; Monthly CH trend reports and opportunity framework to present to Sweden ZDS (Design/Society behavior/ Economy/ Automotive market/ Technology/etc..) b; Technology scouting c; Close collaboration with Product definition team to guarantee that successful product description adapted to the CH market d; Participate in relevant project reviews, brand reviews and VP and TT car reviews e; Participate in relevant Line meetings and Design Board f; Support the implementation of branding guidelines across all the touchpoints and product launches g; Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete prototypes when necessary h; Collaborate with ZDS and R&D team to ideate and guarantee product commonality and branding strategy I; Art direction on strategy design related topics Other tasks: -Conduct user clinics when necessary -Conduct benchmark and present to ZDSS team -Support on storytelling and nomenclature -Liaise with key stakeholders, R&D and Marketing teams -Provide ZDSS with creative input in early project phase -Studies on Advanced Design and Chinese sustainability trends Essential qualifications: -Min. bachelor’s degree within Design, Branding, or Fine Arts. -At least 5 years’ experience from Design -Deep knowledge in design process and methodology -Strong communicator with good presentation skills, both verbally and visually. -Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively in 2D and 3D and video. -English speaking. -Mandarin is a plus This is you: -You are unafraid and highly flexible, knowing that changes are inevitable. -You have a “can-do-attitude” and an entrepreneurial mindset. -You are structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills. -You are a super team player who couldn’t care less for prestige or politics. -And you are a great communicator, visually oriented with good verbal skills.
