Preface
This manual provides guidance for safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
Taking the time to read this manual will help you avoid damage to the equipment and, importantly, prevent injury to those located near it. Equipment is safe if used properly. However, incorrect operation can create many potential hazards, which can only be avoided if you know how to recognize and anticipate them .
This manual will also make you aware of your responsibilities with respect to the equipment and help you ensure that it remains in safe operating condition throughout the life of the equipment.
This manual does not replace appropriate training; it only provides some suggestions and methods for safe and efficient operation and maintenance. Equipment owners must ensure that operating personnel are suitably trained before operating and comply at all times with all applicable and current safety and other standards, rules and regulations.

Remark:
1. When the working voltage, temperature and humidity range you require exceeds the above table, please contact the authorized product agent for relevant information or customized chain hoist.
2. Intended use form: This hoist is designed for vertical lifting and lowering under normal atmospheric conditions and working environment.
3. The noise level standard is the value measured at a distance of one meter horizontally from the machine when the machine is operating normally.
■ Motor brake
" Electromagnetic power-off brake" is a unique brake design. Its special feature is that the brakes take effect immediately when the power is turned off, even under full load.
■ Hook and insurance piece
The hook is forged from high-tensile steel and heat-treated to meet strength and hardness requirements. The lower hook can rotate 360° horizontally and is equipped with a hook safety plate to ensure safety during takeoff and landing.
■ Phase protection relay
The circuit design of the phase protection relay can protect and avoid that when the phase of the motor power supply is connected incorrectly, the positive and negative movements of the motor will be inconsistent with the up and down movements, resulting in the limit protection switch being ineffective.
■ Limit switch
The upper and lower limit switches can automatically cut off the power when the limit is exceeded during lifting and lowering, preventing the chain from exceeding and ensuring safety.
■ Emergency stop switch (optional)
This button is used to stop the electric hoist in emergency situations. It's a red, mushroom-shaped button located at the top of the push button switch. When the button is pressed, power to the device will be cut off and the button will automatically lock. Turning clockwise releases the button and restarts the hoist.

■3-point key switch
■5-point key switch
The 5-point key switch has a locking emergency stop key and an operation key. The operation key is a 2- stage key switch. Please refer to the operating instructions of the corresponding specifications. The "Operating Instructions" for push-button switches describe the lateral movement direction as the east-west direction.

■7-point key switch
The 7-point key switch has a locking emergency stop key and an operation key. The operation key is equipped with a 2-stage key switch. Please refer to the operating instructions of the corresponding specifications . The "Operation Instructions" for the key switch are described with the horizontal movement direction as the east-west direction and the cart (longitudinal) movement direction as the north-south direction.

■Control method of load shaking
If the load shakes, the more severe the shaking, the more difficult and dangerous the trolley will be. In principle, do not allow the load to swing laterally. therefore,

Do not lift the load sharply
When starting and stopping the lateral movement of the electric chain hoist, even if the above operations are followed, the hoisted load will shake somewhat.
At this time, if you perform the following operations, you will be able to reduce the shaking of the lifted load.
■How to operate
1) Press the traverse button "Picture a"
2) When the car starts to move, the load will lag slightly <Figure b>
3) Before the load is about to swing to the center position, turn off the button once
4) When the load returns directly below the electric chain hoist, press the button again
"Picture c", making it move laterally in this state
■Things to note after finishing the work
■About regular inspections
Except for maintenance management personnel who have received training and experience in the construction of various explosion-proof structures, electrical equipment, relevant laws and regulations, and the general principles of classification of hazardous locations, other personnel are not allowed to conduct regular inspections of electric chain hoists.
Do not use parts that exceed the usage limits and judgment standards or parts other than regular parts for FT electric chain hoists. Even if it is a regular FT part, it may not be usable if the model is different. Please refer to the "Disassembly and Assembly Manual" (separate volume) for correct
Please do not rub the chain box to avoid generating static electricity.
Please do not let the hook collide with other equipment.
Do not adjust or disassemble electromagnetic brakes, friction clutches and friction clutches with mechanical brakes.
Do not adjust the calibration nut.
When supplying oil to friction clutches and friction clutches with mechanical brakes, do not use oil other than our company's regular oil ( oil specified by the manufacturer ).
Do not perform regular inspections of the electric chain hoist while the load is being hoisted.
Do not use it with the rubber gasket, chain spring, and stopper removed.
When performing periodic inspections, please cut off the main power supply.
When using lubricating oil (gear oil, grease, etc.), do not use it in places where fireworks or sparks are generated.
Failure to comply with these contents may result in a serious accident such as death or serious injury.
Please perform regular inspections (monthly, yearly). Please also pay attention to the status and movement sounds of daily inspections, and conduct inspections at an appropriate frequency .
Please check for explosive gas when opening the cover.
Please do not open the cover while the power is on.
Even if the components of the electric chain hoist do not exceed the usage limit, please replace the components if the total operating time calculated from the grade and load factor displayed on the electric chain hoist is exceeded.
If an abnormality is found during regular inspections, a "failure" mark should be marked to prevent misuse, and the maintenance manager or FT should be consulted for repairs.
After regular (monthly, annual) inspections, please perform functional inspections and tests to confirm correct operation.
When performing functional inspection and testing, perform a rated load test after performing a no-load test.
Failure to comply with these contents may result in a serious accident such as death or serious injury.

Please inspect the load chain after cleaning it of dirt.
When measuring the sum of pitch and diameter, use a pointed vernier caliper (point caliper).
Please apply oil to the load chain after inspection.
The presence or absence of lubricant has a significant impact on the wear (life) of the load chain. Please use FT regular lubricating oil or equivalent products (general industrial lithium-based grease, viscosity number 0).
Please keep the load chain in a no-load state, and apply lubricating oil to the link part that engages the load pulley and idle pulley and the link part of the hanging chain. After applying lubricating oil, please perform lifting and lowering operations under no load to ensure that the lubricating oil is evenly distributed on the hanging chain.
