Solid-state switch - high-speed transfer switch
Product Description
The external control interface of the high-speed transfer switch is in the form of TTL, and the TTL status is directly controlled with the FPGA. to achieve a speed that can support ns-level switching. It is often used in semiconductor testing machine scenarios, instrument integration scenarios, and multi-antenna and multi-task switching scenarios.
In automated testing scenarios, building an automated testing solution with instrumentation can significantly improve testing efficiency and reduce testing costs.
Features:
High-speed switching: ns-level
Low loss, low VSWR: VSWR<1.18
Typical power: 37dBm@8GHz
Fields of application
FT test on a single board
OTA test of the whole machine
Antenna testing
Meter extension
Radar system
Wireless communication
