泵的运转速度需要根据介质粘度的高低适当选择,物料的粘度越高,相应的泵的转速应当越低。合适的转速会提高泵的效率,延长使用寿命,反之会导致泵运行汽蚀,产生振动及噪音。

含固率&泵的转速 Solids content & pump speed

泵的运转速度需要根据介质含固率的大小适当选择,物料的含固率越高,相应的泵的转速应当越低。合适的转速会提高泵的效率,延长使用寿命,反之会导致泵易损件非正常磨损,固率越高,维修或更换成本过高。

  • 泵启动之前需要检查油视窗, 润滑油液位应当在油视窗的中心位置(润滑油需一年或者运行 6000 小时更换一次)。
    The oil sight glass should be checked before starting the pump and the lubricant level should be in the center of the oil sight glass (the lubricant needs to be changed once a year or after 6000 hours of operation).

    -隔离腔的油液位须浸没上轴, 排气孔必须保持通畅。如发现排气孔有油液渗出, 说明机封已失效。
    -The oil level in the isolation chamber must be submerged in the upper shaft, and the air vent must be kept open. If oil is found seeping out of the vent hole, it means the seal has failed.

    -更换机械密封时需同时清洗隔离腔,并注入新的润滑油。
    -Replacement of the mechanical seal requires simultaneous cleaning of the isolation chamber and filling with new lubricant.

隔离腔的作用 Role of the isolation chamber

试机 / TEST MACHINE TEST MACHINE

试机前必须逐一检测以下事项: The following items must be checked one by one before testing the machine.
() 检查润滑油位。①检查法兰和连接装置是否密封良好和无泄漏。
( ) Check the lubricant level. ① Check that flanges and connections are well sealed and leak-free.

()对于快速连接法兰要检查紧固装置是否牢固。(检查驱动马达的转向。
(Check that the fastening device is secure for quick-connect flanges. (Check the steering of the drive motor.

转子丕的转子及进出口结构完全对称,泵可以正向或反向旋转,改变驱动马达的转向可以改变介质输出的方向。试车时, 请安规定的转向工作。
Rotor Pi's rotor and inlet/outlet structure are completely symmetrical, and the pump can be rotated in either forward or reverse direction, and the direction of media output can be changed by changing the steering of the drive motor. During the test run, the pump should be operated with the specified direction of rotation.

中间隔离腔上方的小孔只能用塑料沮盖住,不能用丝堵或其他物体堵死,否则有可能损坏齿轮或轴承。
The small hole above the center isolation chamber should only be covered with plastic frustration, not plugged with a wire plug or other object, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the gear or bearings.

每次运行泉之前都要检查润滑油液位。润滑液要定期更换。
Check the lubricant level before each spring run. The lubricating fluid should be changed periodically.

一、泵盖和法兰的折卸: I. Folding and unloading of pump covers and flanges:

在拆卸法兰和泉盖前应该注意: Before removing the flange and spring cover you should note that.
  • 关闭电源 ・关闭进口阀门 Turn off the power ・Close the inlet valve
    -把所有的泵盖紧固螺母拧松大概 5 mm ,轻松琵动泵盖,释放沓内的压力。
    -Loosen all pump cover nuts by approx. 5 mm and easily slide the pump cover to relieve the pressure inside the pump.
注意: 泉内液体可能会在压力下喷出, 松动泉盖时, 建议用布盖住泉盖。
NOTE: Liquid in the spring may spurt out under pressure, it is recommended to cover the spring with a cloth when loosening the spring cover.

二、泉的清洗 II. Cleaning of springs

  • 拆卸掉泵盖,用适宜的东西清洗泉腔、泵盖和法兰。 Remove the pump cover and clean the spring chamber, pump cover and flange with something suitable.
    -晾干泵体,请用对橡胶无害的金属表面保护剂喷在或抹在泉腔内的工作面上。
    -To dry the pump body, spray or wipe the working surface inside the spring chamber with a metal surface protector that is harmless to rubber.
  • 不要在EPDM或SBR转子泵上用油类的保护剂。 Do not use oil-based protectants on EPDM or SBR rotor pumps.
三、防冻 III. Anti-freezing
  • 泵的管道要有防冻措施。在气温低于 0 C 0 C 0^(@)C0^{\circ} \mathrm{C} 的环境下,泵不工作时,请将永及管道内的液体排尽,否则冻结的介质将极大地伤害到泉,特别是包覆橡胶的转子。
    The piping of the pump should be protected against freezing. When the pump is not in operation at temperatures below 0 C 0 C 0^(@)C0^{\circ} \mathrm{C} , drain the liquid from the permanent and piping, otherwise the frozen medium will greatly harm the spring, especially the rubber-covered rotor.

关于机械密封 About Mechanical Seals

  • 机珹密封由中间隔离腔中的液体润滑并泠却。润滑液体在旋转离心力及毛细作用下渗透到密封面, 润滑并带走摩察副产生的热
    The seal is lubricated and cooled by the liquid in the intermediate isolation chamber. The lubricating liquid penetrates the sealing surfaces by centrifugal force and capillary action, lubricates and removes the heat generated by the machined parts.
