一、项目概况
I. Overview of the project

31件模块、7台设备、2件登高梯,共40件货物运输,从燕达(海门)重型装备制造有限公司滚装上船后海运至吕四智能重装码头后,滚卸卸船,并暂存18个月。

2.1ShipmentProgramme

23件模块采用SPMT进行滚装滚卸8件模块及7台设备使用吊机上下船,海运支墩使用模块建造原有支墩,运输用横梁由客户提供。

2.1.2滚装前期准备
2.1.2 Roll-on roll-off pre-preparation

(1)收集码头在装货期内的水文资料,测量装船前3天,72小时内的潮汐变化,并对收集的水文资料进行校核、修正,计算出滚装日的涨、落潮高度及速率;

2.1.3滚装流程
2.1.3 Roll-on/roll-off process

(1)滚装船前,根据车辆配置及船舶相关资料制定船舶压载水调载方案。

(2)提前向港务、海事部门报备和审批有关滚装操作。

(3)提前现场实测潮汐情况,核对计算准确的作业窗口时间。

(4)在作业开始前约2小时进行滚装作业前准备,参与滚装作业的所有人员进行作业技术交底会,提醒操作人员采取必要的危险及预防措施。

2.1.5.1装船前准备工作
2.1.5.1Pre-shipment Preparations

运载设备的车辆提前到达码头,并对设备及车辆进行安全检查;

准备两台300吨履带吊。

3对设备停靠码头、机具绳索(如需特殊吊装索具由客户提供)、人员部署、作业程序和各部关系协调等所有环节进行认真细致地检查,保证作业任务分工明确、组织严密、调度合理,做到各负其责,协调一致,统一指挥;

2.1.5.2吊装过程
2.1.5.2 Lifting process

(1)设备工程师及技术负责人、操作工检查车辆,确保车辆完好;

2在运输船只上按计划在预定位置摆放木板、橡胶等防护用具;

3启动吊机,将吊机主钩移动到设备正上方后降落至设备上方,使设备重心位置与吊钩一致;

4起重工解除车辆上的捆绑索具;

6吊装带挂钩完毕后,缆风绳连接后,吊机起钩,吊装带略微用力后,停止起钩,检查吊装索具是否有妥当,是否滑动,手里是否均匀。

(13装船完毕,捆绑加固,准备海运。

2.1.6滚装注意事项
2.1.6Rolling Considerations

(1)为确保滚装过程的安全,加快滚装过程,将通过调节压载水来调整驳船高度,配合潮水实施滚装作业;

2.1.7吊装注意事项

2.2海运方案
2.2 Maritime Transport Programme

2.2.1船舶信息
2.2.1 Vessel information

拟使用海运船舶信息如下。计划使用1条海运驳船,连续执行此项目模块的转运,一切正常情况下,每航次执行时间约10天。

2.2.2船舶配载

2.2.3海运绑扎加固
2.2.3 Marine lashing reinforcement

海运绑扎根据船舶资料和模块结构进行综合考虑,绑扎在横向、纵向、侧倾等方向上的约束力矩需大于外力矩。根据此模块信息及装船情况,模块柱脚与海运支墩使用卡板进行连接,海运支墩与船舶甲板焊接,同时使用绑扎链条对模块左右前后进行斜拉加固。详细方案待项目执行时设计。

2.3卸船方案

2.3.1运输准备
2.3.1 Transportation Preparation

(1)驳船停靠滚卸码头后,在完成以下检查和准备后SPMT车组驶入货物下部,准备装车。

(2)解除SPMT与甲板之间的绑扎加固。

(3)检查甲板运输路线并确保运输路线上无坑洞、障碍物及其它尖锐物。

(4)SPMT将根据《SPMT使用前检查单》作业指导书所示内容进行逐项检查。

2.3.2装车程序
2.3.2 Loading procedure

(1)提升SPMT车板高度直至垫木接触模块横梁底部,SPMT液压系统逐渐加压。

(2)将货物20%载荷转移到SPMT上,检查并确保各支撑点接触情况。

(3)以每次增加20%载荷的程序逐步将全部载荷转换到SPMT载重平台上直至货物完全离开海运支墩。

(4)检查SPMT装载模块后的状态,包括甲板承载情况、车组稳定性、液压油路是否泄露、轮胎变形是否一致、操控箱显示的故障等。

(5)逐个检查每个液压分组的压力以确保载荷分布达到设计要求,检查3个液压分组的压力表读数并与设计过程中通过重心位置、重量、配车情况计算出的压力值进行比较。

2.3.3滚卸程序
