Introduction: The Contractor’s monthly progress report highlights the required relevant progress, project management topics and provides an assessment record of each month’s progress and performance of this contract.

How This Report Is Organized

This report has four sections of information.
本报告包含四个部分的信息。
Section 1 and 2 covers summary salient points of key topics such as safety, quality, overall progress status and the other required topics. In addition, this section brings attention to issues that should be resolved by the next report.

Purpose of Each Section

Level 1 – Section 1 and 2 (Management Information)

The Project Management Section 1 gives an overview of the project status, required topics. There are project management topics such as safety and quality that are found only in section 1. The main purpose is to identify issues and for management to assess the current project status situation.

Level 2 – Section 3 (Project Control Information)

In Section 3 – Project Status, the assessment of the Subcontractor’s performance is provided in terms of achieving the works against schedule as shown in the current report. Further, if a current project schedule date has derivate later than the baseline works schedule date, then it indicates schedule slippage. It is noted that the baseline works schedule will be presented as fixed dates until a revision is required. The second technique utilizes data tables within the narrative to show actual progress as compared to planned progress. This indicator suggests how the actual physical works is progressing against the planned percent of works.
