Authorized Scope: Authorize Zhao Yalong to exercise the following powers in China Energy Construction Group Shanxi Pingding Phase II 100MW Wind Power Project:

Qualification (online) registration, filing, integrity storage, website maintenance, administrative approval, bidding, and other related matters for independently developed projects;

2. Sign sub-project engineering subcontract contracts with a contract amount of RMB 500,000 or less;

3. Responsible for contract fulfillment of the sub-project (including management, construction, safety, quality, operation, and settlement).
