The painting line requires 10 people to clean, tap and spray the frame. After shot blasting, the frame is immediately put into coating line production, assembly line production.
After the personnel transfer, the welding workshop has 26 people, welders are responsible for welding work, and other personnel are responsible for grinding, shot blasting and other work.

Remark:
1. After personnel transfer, the welding workshop has 24 people, including 7 welders.
2.500UTV-4 is completely scattered state, manual welding process is more, bumper part is added, working hours are longer than 700UTV-7.
3.750TV-3 has many frame parts and many welded accessories. Compared to 700UTV-7, the working hours are longer.
Painting workshop production schedule:
Production process: surface treatment → first touch up paint → silk cleaning → second touch up paint → butter
