1.3 Kinerja dan tanggung jawab Karyawan akan dirinci dalam uraian jabatan yang akan diberikan setelah Karyawan masuk. Perusahaan berhak untuk menugaskan Karyawan untuk melaksanakan tugas lain yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan.
1.3 员工的绩效和职责将在员工入职后提供的职位描述中详细说明。公司有权指派员工执行公司所需的其他任务。

2.1 Perjanjian ini mulai berlaku pada Rabu, 01 May 2024 dan akan berakhir dalam jangka waktu 1 (satu) tahun pada 30 April 2025. Status keberlanjutan atau tidaknya kontrak ini harus dengan pemberitahuan dari salah satu pihak kepada pihak lain selambatlambatnya 30 hari sebelum perjanjian ini akan diakhiri.

Waktu kerja Perusahaan adalah Senin sampai dengan Jumat, jam 09:00 - 18:00 WIB. Adalah kebijakan Perusahaan untuk menentukan jam kerja yang memungkinkan Karyawan dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan efektif. Namun demikian, dalam kondisi operasional dan kegiatan tertentu Perusahaan, Karyawan dapat dibutuhkan bekerja diluar jam kerja di atas, tetapi kebutuhan tersebut tidak akan berlebihan.

1.3 The Employee’s performance and responsibilities will be specified in a job description provided upon his/her arrival. The Company reserves the right to assign the Employee to perform other work as required by the Company.

The Company’s working days/hours are from Monday to Friday, 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM. It is the basic policy of the Company to establish working hours that will permit the Employee to carry out the assigned job effectively. However, in certain nature of operations or activities of the Company, the Employee may be required to work beyond these hours, but such requirements will not be unreasonable.

4. PENDAPATAN GAJI TAHUNAN KARYAWAN
4. 员工年收入
4.1 Karyawan akan mendapat Pendapatan Gaji Tahunan sebesar Rp 120,000,000, - (Seratus Dua Puluh Juta Rupiah), sebelum pajak, yang akan dibayarkan setiap akhir bulan sebesar $Rp10,000,000$$Rp10,000,000$Rp 10,000,000R p 10,000,000, (Sepuluh Juta Rupiah) sebelum pajak. Pendapatan Gaji Tahunan tersebut sudah meliputi seluruh Gaji Pokok Tahunan, THR, dan Tunjangan Pensiun tetapi diluar tunjangan makan, transportasi dan kehadiran.

Karyawan akan mendapat tunjangan makan dan transportasi sebesar Rp. 50,000, - (Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah) per hari serta tunjangan kehadiran sebesar Rp 1,000,000, - (Satu Juta Rupiah) per bulan, net setiap bulannya dan akan dibayarkan bersamaan dengan Gaji Pokok.
员工每天将获得 50,000 印尼卢比（五十 thousand 印尼卢比）的餐饮和交通补贴，以及每月 1,000,000 印尼卢比（一百万印尼卢比）的出勤补贴，每月实发工资将在基本工资一起发放。

Karyawan diberikan hak untuk menerima tunjangan kepegawaian berupa Jaminan Kesehatan, Jaminan Kematian, Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, Jaminan Pensiun dan Jaminan Hari Tua yang dibayarkan melalui program BPJS. Tunjangan Kepegawaian merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Perjanjian ini.
员工享有根据社会保障形式获得健康保险、死亡保险、工伤保险、退休保险和老年保险的福利。员工福利是本协议不可分割的一部分。

6.1 Karyawan wajib untuk tunduk pada dan melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan Perjanjian ini dan peraturan atau keputusan Perusahaan, baik peraturan atau kebijakan yang telah ada pada tanggal Perjanjian ini dan/atau peraturan atau kebijakan yang akan dikeluarkan di masa depan, sepanjang Peraturan Perusahaan

4. EMPLOYEE’S ANNUAL INCOME SALARY
4. 员工年度收入工资
4.1 The Employee will receive an Annual Income Salary of IDR 120,000,000, (One Hundred and Twenty Million Rupiah), gross of tax, payable every end of the monthly installments of IDR 10,000,000, - (Ten Million Rupiah) gross of tax. The Annual Salary Income shall cover all Annual Base Salary, THR, and retirement benefits but not including transportation, meal and attendance allowance.
4.1 员工将获得每年税前工资 120,000,000 印尼卢比（壹佰贰拾万卢比），每月发放税前 10,000,000 印尼卢比（壹拾万卢比）。年度工资收入将涵盖基本工资、特勤奖金和退休福利，但不包括交通、餐饮和出勤补贴。

The Employee will receive meal and transportation allowance in the amount of Rp. 50,000, - (Fifty Thousand Rupiah) per day and attendance allowance of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) per month, net per each month which will be paid in the same time with Base Salary.
员工每天将获得餐旅补贴 Rp. 50,000 (五十 thousand rupiah)，每月将获得出勤补贴 IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah)，每月实发，与基本工资同时发放。

The Employee will be entitled to receive the employment benefits as in the form of Health Insurance, Death Insurance, Work Accident Insurance, Pension Security and Old Age Security which are paid trough BPJS Program. The Employment Benefits will form an integral part of this Agreement.
员工将有权获得以健康保险、死亡保险、工伤保险、养老保障和老年保障等形式的就业福利，这些福利通过 BPJS 计划支付。就业福利将构成本协议的一部分。

6.1 The Employee is obligated to comply with, and perform her duties in accordance with this Agreement and other regulations or decisions of the Company, either those already in existence on the signing of this Agreement and/or which will be issued in the future, provided that the Company Rules are not in contravention
