To ensure protection of equipment and pipelines of circulating cooling cycles from corrosion processes and scale formation, we suggest stabilisation treatment of circulating water with corrosion and scale formation inhibitor ATE 31130a.

The reagent ATE 31130a is a complex inhibitor of corrosion and scale formation on the basis of phosphonates and dispersants, which prevents scaling and corrosion processes in circulating cooling systems.

To prevent the development of microbiology throughout the year, we recommend biocidal treatment of cooling water with reagents ATE 36348a, ATE 36349a.

2.PROCEDURE FOR PRE-CLEANING AND PASSIVATION OF EQUIPMENT AND PIPELINES

To prepare the pipelines of the circulating cooling system of the equipment for operation we recommend to perform pre-start flushing and passivation, which will ensure removal of foreign mechanical impurities, oils and preservative greases, corrosion products from the pipelines and equipment, as well as create a protective film to protect metal surfaces before the start of permanent reagent treatment.
