The Opportunity 机会
XCMG Canada Ltd. is currently seeking an energetic individual to join a growing and dynamic team as the Human Resources Manager at our head office located in Stony Plain, AB. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager will work with management on human resource related issues and assess and anticipate HR related needs. The duties may include recruiting, on-boarding, employee / labour relations, compensation, benefits, and / or employee records. The position will also play a crucial part in facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications 资格
- Proof of a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
