Today's highlightποΌ
I managed to sleep for 8 hours today!!! I've rested well, I'm awesome!
Taking a bathπο½Then heading to the Korean Visa Center, sat on the subwayπ for over an hour, I'm numb
The staff at the Korean Visa Center are very responsible and the experience is great! I wanted to expedite it, but they wouldn't let me. The earliest I could get my passport is on the 23rd, hoping for a successful 5-year multiple entry visa, fingers crossed.
My mom went to take visa photos in the afternoon, and I went back to Vientiane City to choose photos with her.
I had Spanish seafood rice for dinner with Yawei and Yanfeng (two children from my uncle's family). It was delicious and the two kids were very cute
We'll go play the snack grabbing game later, 50 yuan for 100 game coins, 3 coins for one play, so we played 33 times in total and grabbed 7 snacks.
Then we went to Uniqlo and bought a co-branded T-shirt, and then we went home.

Gratitude Diaryπ:
π Daily work and body regulation
Work was quite full today, but it was well arranged with timely breaks. Noticed that irregular meal times can affect blood sugar and mood. In the afternoon, I found that I had eaten too many carbohydrates and had acne.
In the next few days, I plan to adjust my diet, eat less carbohydrates, more vegetables, hoping to better balance my physical condition.

π Environment and mood
The shelf outside the window hasn't been added anything, maintaining a good view. The weather is nice today, there is sunshine, and the mood is also getting better.
The worries about the loan yesterday have been put down, thinking with a calm mindset, "So what?" I feel that these worries are actually the seasoning of life, and thinking from a different perspective is much easier.

π Family life and emotional management
Coming home from work to see the house in a mess, I feel a bit depressed. Mom had something to do, she left before finishing cooking, and we had a conflict over the installation of the bicycle rack when she came back.
I found that I still need to improve in emotional management, and at the same time, I understood my boundaries, and knew how to set my own limits in dealing with people.
