WHEREAS. The buyer desires to buy USDT (TRC20) from the seller; the buyer confirms with full corporate and legal responsibility that funds are available to fulfill the requirements for the purchase of this USDT (TRC20) and the buyer further confirms the funds will be delivered to the Seller’s preferred location.

PROCEDURES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF USDT (TRC 20) WITH USD CASH:

1. Both Parties will fill out this SPA agreeing on the-process, discount, and location where-the transaction will take place.

2. At a pre-execution meeting at Party A's bank, with both principals present, both parties will finalize the contract for execution AND Party A shall show Party B his/her live wallet/s.

3, Party A shall demonstrate control and ownership of his/her wallet. Thls is achieved by an A-B Test visible to Party B.
