翻转夹持机构将垃圾桶夹紧自动翻转进清洗室，清洗室内的垃圾桶盖清洗机构对垃圾桶盖的上下表面进行清洗，随后垃圾桶内壁清洗机构利用高压水的反作用力，驱动清洗喷嘴总成绕轴旋转，对垃圾桶内壁全覆盖清洗，垃圾桶外壁清洗机构为行星式清洗机构，清洗机构带动2组清洗剂喷嘴、2组高压水喷嘴、2组毛刷旋转可对垃圾桶外壁无死角清洗。

清洗室：全密封式清洗室，采ST304不锈钢钢板制造，在清洗垃圾桶时不会对周围环境造成污染；清洗室后部设有排污口和污水沉积物排放口，排污口用球阀密封，需要排污水时打开球阀，将清洗室内的污水排放出去。

污水收集槽：采用304不锈钢钢板制造，收纳清洗垃圾桶后的污水，污水收集槽安装有过滤网，为污水处理系统中的一道过滤设施。污水箱底部的排污口可将过滤后的污水排出至指定地点，避免对环境造成二次污染。

垃圾桶自动夹持机构，采用304不锈钢钢板制造，仅靠几个小巧机构夹持垃圾桶，夹持牢靠，可全方位清洗垃圾桶内外壁及垃圾桶盖，避免因结构复杂遮盖垃圾桶外壁而无法清洗。

清水箱存储作业用水，为水系统提供水源。

清水箱采用304不锈钢钢板焊接制造，打开供水阀利用消防接头来供水，容积达3600L。

清水箱外部设有透明液位计，可观察此刻水位，是不是需要进行加水。

当清洗室内污水漫过过滤网后，可打开操作面板上的污水泵开关，将污水抽入机房内的污水存储箱，污水存储箱内的水可再次使用清洗垃圾桶，达到节水的目的。

液压系统由底盘取力器驱动液压泵提供高压液压油，通过中央控制系统控制所有液压油缸及液压马达的动作。

中央控制系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC对所有设备、系统进行控制；控制方式：自动/手动低压水工作装置均用气路控制，气阀组可以手动、电动控制，操作方便简洁。

系统具有良好的安全防护性能，配置了紧急停止控制器和紧急回退控制器，保证设备在使用时一旦出现问题可以立即停机；并使各机构不论在任何工位均可退回至初始工作位。
