基于深圳爱可维环保科技有限公司的一款厨下型纯水机（AQ-A0810），与河南江帆实业有限公司的一款饮水机产品（以下简称为江帆对标饮水机）存在疑似相似产品的风险，现对于其结构和外观两个层面作出如下对比，以评估两者是否存在本质上的相似。
Based on the risk of a suspected similarity between a kitchen water dispenser (AQ-A0810) of Shenzhen Acuvue Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and a water dispenser of Henan Jiangfan Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangfan's counterpart water dispenser), the following comparisons are made between the two levels of their structures and appearances to assess whether they are essentially similar.

通过以上表1中两者的附图比对，纯水机整机是由设于整机壳体上的接头以及与接头配合设置的滤芯所构成。那么对于两者结构上的差异，最主要体现在滤芯及与滤芯相配合的接头上，尤其在于接头上所设置的锁紧机构。倘若锁紧机构的运行机理不同, 进而两者的接头则不同, 基于接头不同, 对应的滤芯及由若干滤芯组所组合而成的纯水机整体本身结构是有差异性的，两者也不存在冲突。两者的结构对比具体如下：
