INTRODUCTION: 简介：
Fast Track is a tool for Trade facilitation developed by the Service in line with the 2008 Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC) which Stipulates simplified procedures for compliant traders, WCO Safe Frameworks of Standards developed into the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Program, for Importers who have been consistently compliant with Statutory and Regulatory requirements. Benefits include immediate transfer of beneficiary's consignment on arrival, to their premises under escort and expedited processing of PAAR amongst others. Beneficiaries are required to pay duties before arrival of the consignment. This eliminate demurrage, reduces cost of doing business, delay and boosts turnaround time.

a) Intending Beneficiary shall submit an application addressed to the ComptrollerGeneral of Customs through the Customs Area Comptroller of the Port, Airport or Border where his imports are processed.

Particular attention must be given to the accessibility of the site. 3. REQUIREMENTS FOR ESCORT.

- The importer through his declarant will submit his SGD and all relevant clearing documents to the DC Revenue for release to Blue Lane in the System.
