The gas overheat alarm will be given when the exhaust gas tomp. is over 350a. Once this alarm is given, until the reset button is pressed, even when the exhaust gas temp. is under 350°C, the alarm will still bc given. By pressing the reset button after the exhaust gas temp. is under 350a, the alarm will be cloarod.

The sensor is connected to the thermo-controller and detects a process

The abnormal conditions of CPU Unit are roughly 4 patterns as fbllows:

CPU abnormal : Operation as a CPU Unit itself is unable. The operation is stopped.

CPU in stand-Dy: Operation cannot be kept since operational conditions as riot satisfied

In order to use Programmable Controller CP1L with the best performance. please inspect daily oi regularly.

The performance will almon remain unchanged during long time using but the performance of element

How to maintain

The maintenance of refractory often compared to dental treatment. The lifetime of the refractory is mostly depends on how the maintenance has been carried out. The daily cleaning routine at the stage 1 is very important in order to maintain the refractory in sound condition.

Be aware of thermocouple

Thermocouple is installed in the center of the furnace wall. The protecting tube of it is made of ceramic, which is superior for the heat-resistance (up to approx. 1850°C), but weak for a mechanical strike.
