| 100 Grid Method:
(1) Test equipment requirements: cutting tools--- sharp razors, scalpels, 100 grid knives or other single-edged or multi-edged knives with an angle of 15-30 cutting edges, and the cutting edge requires the cutting line width to be ≤0.2mm---; 3M600 adhesive tape, storage period within half a year; 99% industrial alcohol; Microscope or magnifying glass.
(2) Sample test area: The sample area should be greater than 150mm*100mm as much as possible (try to find an area large enough for testing).
(3) Test steps:
A) Select a flawless, non-reflective place, and cut parallel lines under a lighted magnifying glass as follows;
B) The cutting cutter is guided transversely by the guide tool, and the steel ruler should be in the transverse uncut area, evenly draw 11 lines, the line length is 15mm, and the area is insufficient to draw to the maximum range. The distance between the lines is 1±0.3mm. The depth is to scratch the primer and touch the plastic material.
C) Brush the surface with a brush or cotton yarn to remove the peeling chips or ribbon paint film of the paint layer. After cutting, use a white cloth dipped in a little 99% industrial alcohol and wipe the paint surface in the same direction twice to dry to remove the powder, tendons, and grease that have fallen off.
D) Check the incision through the reflection of the substrate, if the cutting line is not deep to the substrate, then re-cut the grid according to the above steps at another selected part.
E) Prepare the tape for the test, glue the tape to the grid and cover it completely, press the tape with a pencil eraser tip to flat, make sure that the tape is well bonded to the paint layer, and observe whether the tape is well bonded.
F) After the tape is applied for 30S-90S, hold the unglued end of the tape with your hand and quickly tear off the tape within 1s at an angle of 60-90 degrees.
G) Check the extent to which the grid is detached from the bottom layer in the area of the grid or use a magnifying glass with light, and microscopy is recommended.
H) Adhesion grade judgment, adhesion grade as shown in the table on the right.
For products with printed words or patterns (silk screen printing, pad printing, stenciling) on the surface or products with special shapes, when it is necessary to test the adhesion with physical objects, the cross scratch test can be used.
Cross scratch method: single-edged knife manual cross grid, the angle is about 60°, the scratch needs to be cut through to the sample substrate, the size is 10mm*10mm, to ensure that the 3M600 adhesive tape is in good contact with the coating, after the tape is pasted for 30S-90S, hold the unglued end of the tape with your hand, and quickly tear off the tape within 1s in a 60-90 degree direction.
| | Using the 100-grid method, the PU spraying grid specification is 1mm*1mm, and the PVD non-conductive vacuum plating grid specification is 2mm*2mm, which is required to reach 4B level (it is allowed to have a slight detachment in the tangential intersection area after the test, and the shedding surface is slightly less than 5% of the scratching area).

| Q/BYDQ-A1906.4119—2017
| (1) Place the samples in an incubator at 40 °C for 1 hour.
(2) Take out the sample, cover the pollutant on the sample surface in the form of Table 1 (if the visible exposure area of the part is greater than 400cm2, the test area is 400cm2), and then leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
(3) Re-place the sample in an incubator at 40°C for 1 hour, then raise the temperature to 70°C within 30 minutes, then keep it at this temperature for 4 hours, and then reduce the temperature to 40°C within 30 minutes.
(4) Repeat steps (2) and (3) with the same reagent, but change 4H to 12H, i.e., hold at 70 °C for 12H.
(5) Repeat steps (1), (2), (3), and (4) with another reagent until the reagents required in Table 1 are completed, and each component is required to perform up to 3 reagent tests.
(6) Clean the polluted area with cleaning agent, first use household detergent, and if you can't clean it weakly, you should use multi-functional foam detergent to clean it.
(7) After cleaning, use filter paper to blot the remaining detergent stains on the surface of the sample, and then conduct visual inspection to judge the discoloration grade.
(8) Adhesion test is required after the test.
3pcs samples of reagents per group. A total of 8 groups of reagents.
| | After the test, the sample is restored at room temperature for 2 hours and then the appearance inspection is carried out (refer to Q/BYDQ-A1901.406), the impression phenomenon is allowed, the appearance grade is ≥3, the peeling and paint cracking phenomenon are not allowed, and the 100-grid adhesion test meets the requirements of 4B. or cross scratch adhesion up to 5B requirements.
Note: Light gray spots that can be erased with flannel are allowed, and slight darkening is allowed for the low purity gold alloy overlay, but rust and salting out are not allowed.
