The Self-Assessment Commentary (SAC)
Reflection is something we do nearly every day. We make plans and take action, and then think about whether we were successful or not and consider how we might do better next time. Reflection may also have an emotional component to it, such as when we feel regret or satisfaction.

What did you do to acquire and develop the skills and knowledge you needed?
