YCB系列圆弧齿轮油泉主要用于安装在油罐车或地面上输送各种油料，如汽油、煤油、柴油及机械润滑油等。输送介质不得含有固体颗粒, 温度在 80 ∘ C 80 ∘ C 80^(@)C80^{\circ} \mathrm{C} 以下。

三、安装使用维护和保养 3. Installation, Use, Maintenance, and Care

1、泵可安装在加油汽车及油库泉房内。 The pump can be installed in refueling vehicles and oil depot pump rooms.
2、在汽车上安装使用时注意做到： 2. When installing and using in a car, be sure to:
（1）泵借汽车变速箱取力器输出轴传动，泵轴与传动轴倾斜角不得大于 7 ∘ 7 ∘ 7^(@)7^{\circ} 。
The pump is driven by the output shaft of the automobile transmission power take-off, and the angle of inclination between the pump shaft and the drive shaft must not exceed 7 ∘ 7 ∘ 7^(@)7^{\circ} .
（2）吸入管径不得小于票吸入口径。 The diameter of the inhalation pipe must not be less than the diameter of the ticket intake.
（3）运转中压力表不得超过 0.6 MPa ，真空表不得超过 -0.08 MPa 。
The pressure gauge must not exceed 0.6 MPa during operation, and the vacuum gauge must not exceed -0.08 MPa.
（4）管路应有管架，泵不允许承受管路负荷。 Pipelines should have pipe supports, and pumps are not allowed to bear the load of the pipelines.
3、禁止在泉内未充满液体的情况下启动泉, 否则将损坏泉零件。

4、泉运转前应验证泉转向，各连接部位密封性，检查各阀门开关是否正确，不带安全阀的乭不得在出口阀门关闭的情况下启动泵，以免发生事故。

7、泵在运转中，应注意观察压力表和真空表的读数，如压力表读数过大，表示扬程过高或出口管路堵塞，如真空表读数过大表示吸程过高或吸入管路堵塞。

If the pressure gauge reading is too high, it indicates that the lift is too high or the outlet pipeline is blocked. 8、应定期清洗过滤器，以免堵塞管路影响流量。经常检查安全阀的泄油压力。
