Today's highlights 🌟:

1.


Today I made breakfast for my family, and everyone enjoyed it.

2.


In the morning, I went to the real estate agency with my mom to view houses and sign a contract. We rented out the house where I lived when I was a child

3.


At noon, we went to the nearby shopping mall "Wanxiang City" to have lunch. We randomly chose a spicy hot pot in the food court, which was a bit too spicy, but still delicious 😋

4.


The drink after the meal was KFC's lemon tea~ Also registered as a member of the Chinese KFC restaurant, can enjoy discounts in the future 😽

After the meal, I went home to clean up. My younger brother is really a typical teenager, making the house a mess

Around 6pm we left our home in the city center of Qingdao to return to our home in Laixi, the road was smooth, no traffic jams, so lucky

We had dinner at a restaurant called "Old Taste Knot Soup", it tasted like childhood👅

Also! My ID card has been delivered, applied on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday afternoon🫡 Chinese speed!!! So fast

Grateful to have found a way to deal with uncertainty:

1.


I found myself sometimes feeling worried and anxious about uncertainty. Today, I watched a YouTuber I like, Ray, recommend a book about clear thinking and unpredictable solutions.

2.


Today I translated the book above into Chinese and English bilingual for reading. I am grateful to be able to join his Book Club to enhance my cognition and cope with future uncertainties.

I am grateful that even though I recently had a holiday, I still arranged my life well:

1.


Every Sunday, I play ball with my family. I want to find more opportunities to play ball nearby every week to maintain a stable aerobic exercise. I am grateful that this year I have played squash to a level where I can teach the basics, and I am also grateful for my coach~

I think the holiday is a good time to adjust daily habits~ I also want to take my mom to try playing squash~

Grateful to be in constant contact with Lydia🐱:

Today is the 8th day since Lydia returned to her country, I am still adapting, grateful for 🐱 her actively responding to my emotions, we share daily life together, which makes me feel loved~ warm heart ❤️

Recently, I started to handwrite daily plans. I write down what I need to do as soon as I wake up, just like before, then do it, cross it out, which gives me more motivation.
